Fantastic family meal on great table

We went here tonight and easily found the entrance coming down large stair case from the main road. It's popular and as we had not booked we had to wait a bit for a table but staff were brilliant and got us a nice table with moving centre piece whis was great for large groups. The beer tasting of 5 beers was great to find your fav then drink more of that one. The mulled wine and cocktails were also good. Food was also very good and hearty we had zupa fish tartar and pork knuckle all were well flavoured and cooked well we just could not fit in desert after the large main course

Family visit

We went for a diner with family (5 adults and child). The food we order was delicious and the amount was enormous. We were served very quick with almost zero waiting time for a child meal ( which is a great plus from my point of view). The serving was beautiful and the service was professional and very pleasant. I strongly reccomend this for a plave to try local cuisine served at the highest possible level. Another plus is the local brewery with lots of delicious tastes.

The queue outside the restaurant is the best recomendation! My dish was very fresh and tasty (trout), the portion was correct, not too big not too small, I left the restaurant full. The beers are like they should to be but. Prices, for the fishes ok, but beers (comparing to other similar brewery restaurants I visited) are in my opinion 20% too high. Nonetheless I honestly recommend!

Looking at previous reviews we must have been unlucky, food was just not good, my sour soup was just lukewarm with old and cold potatoes in it, it was not fresh and not tasty at all. My partner felt sick after eating side salad, which was far from fresh. The place was just dirty, stains on the table after previous customers, same with a bench I sat on (a couple of fries and other food pieces on it), flower pot on the table had mould in it, on top of that bottles with cleaning spray with a dirty cloth left in different places of the restaurant, in the view of customers. Only IPA and pils are drinkable, but if you like craft beer, you will not enjoy any of these beers. This place has a fantastic potential but needs general cleaning and good food, at this state, We will definitely not visit again.

Dissapointing food

Definitely wide range of beers, but food mediocry. To be fair I've only tested vegetarian options, so no clue about others. Salad with definitely not fresh vegetables tasted awful, so I did not finish it. Stuffed cabbage seemed to be made of leftovers from another cabbage dish. It is a pitty they do not keep quality as the whole project seems tempting...

The food was great, served very quickly. The downside of this restaurant is the service, the waiters behave as if they did everything on time. The appetizer was served immediately with the main course, which was unacceptable to us, in which case there was no point in ordering an appetizer. If someone wants to eat tasty, "you're welcome", if someone wants to feel good, "I advise against it"

0 stars for service. Waiting staff had attitude and no apology for food arriving at different times and after sending back a dish. 1 stars for tasteless food. Food was bland, fresh out of microwave and over priced. The beers were ok. Beers from Zabka in a bottle tasted better. A real disappointment. I would not recommend. This restaurant will kill local tourism in the area if they don’t sort out their problems. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Once again, we were disappointed by the positive reviews online about the restaurant. Karpacz, one of the most popular pubs in the city center. Beautiful decor, waiting for a table, well-dressed staff, everything seems to be OK, but it is. The money didn't go where it should have gone, which is to the heart and soul of the restaurant... the kitchen. Sous vide chicken breast, so in theory it should be juicy and delicious, light and healthy. A piece of meat that was a shaving, fries that were soft and dripping with fat, and salad with... Gray and sad Chinese cabbage… Regret… PLN 160 was spent... and the bad taste remained 😡😡😡 The breast was a disaster, the pulled pork tasted like tasteless chicken, sour soup with four pieces of potato and a centimeter-long dry rib.

I ordered a pilsner, it tasted good but wasn't cold enough. The waiters were either overworked or not paying attention. I was given a table because I didn't want to sit outside. After a while another waiter came and told me that we don't assign tables. I got my beer anyway. It wasn't very busy. People at the door wait a while until they get a table assigned.

Extremely atmospheric place, great decor and music. Great and friendly service. The food was delicious - we ate lamb shank and baked trout. Very good beer brewed on site. We've been coming back for three years and it certainly wasn't the last time :) Thank you and we recommend it :)

Great restaurant - nice decor and large premises. We ordered pork shank, steak tartare and chocolate fondant, everything was really delicious. The beer is also very good. We really recommend it.
