How is Restauracja Gorski Diament rated?

On saturday 25.febr.2023 evening we were searching for somewhere to eat in zakopane , i was with my kids and a friend of mine also with his kids. We enterd the reastaurant Gorski diamant because it looked nice and beautiful place . A waiter was...really unpleasant and arrogant with strange behaviour !!! no interest at all ,we ordered a food . and a waitress too even when we asked her where is WC she behaved that she does not undrestand. Yes the reastaurant is beautiful but the service the 00000000. Zakopane is very beautiful and for sure i ll go back there but definitley not to that reastaurant which I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALLMore

My favourite restaurant in Zakopane

I have been here several times and each time the food and the service were amazing. I liked especially that the staff remembered us since in January I celebrated my birthday there. I recommend this restaurant for the food, staff & design.

Style over substance

Swanky, enough lights to be responsible for the climate crisis, staff that as previous review said treat you as an intruder. Perhaps we weren’t the Instagram/social media selfie types they are catering for, hahaha. Zero atmosphere despite phenomenally over the top decor.

Poor service

Unfortunately we were treated as unwanted guests and seems like waiters are arrogant and super busy. I can wait longer for the food, but I want to be treated as guest not like an intruder.

Surprisingly excellent... in every way.

Great food, nice drinks. As an English visitor to Poland the waiter was excellent and funny. Was originally concerned as we were the only people in the restaurant but were soon to be joined by more. Mojito was excellent along with the steak. Food Prices...were comparable to UK. Drinks very good value.More

FANTASTIC!

We were walking past this place in a heavy snow fall and decided to go it. I'm so happy we did (we visited a few more times during our stay in Zakopane. The food is very very very tasty, they have kids menu and lovely...ice cream and cakes to keep everyone happy. The place is spacious and clean. Coffee was also very good! It's a bit pricey in comparison to other restaurants but I would definitely recommend!More

Gorgeous restaurant!!!

Gorgeous restaurant!!! With excellent food , I must admit it’s a polish food with a modern twist on it. Great service .

Phenomenal

Popped in as next door to our hotel, only cost £7 each for the set lunch menu. The food was extraordinary! Literally blown away as wasn’t expecting the fine food we got for that money. Attention to detail and service was brilliant, the deserts were...second to none. All made on site too so very fresh. Best food we had in Zakopane. :-)More
