Nice restaurant near the center. They have a modern menu, I tried a burger with oyster mushroom and a cold soup. However, there are many interesting meals on the menu, which I will gladly return to! I also recommend lunch of the day, a nice...option to save the budget.More

This bistro is located in the busier area of Zakopane. The place is quite packed all the time, so it has this bubbly feeling to it. The service is fast and friendly, waiters spoke good english. The food was really good, large portions and affordable...prices.More

We came to the restaurant as a group of 8 people, two families. The waiter who started serving us, seemed very annoyed and obnoxious. After a short conversation regarding the possibility to make some amendments to one of the dishes he through the menus on...the table with anger and left. Not a pleasant start to an evening! After a while a new calmer waitress started serving us. The food was good. We had to wait for it for a very long time though. 45 min for starters 1,5 hours for mains! For one of the children we asked for plain pasta, no sauce. To our surprise we were later charged PLN50 for the plain pasta which is the normal price for a spaghetti Bolognese. This was annoying considering that our total bill was over PLN1200. (EUR300) The restaurant really didn't need to crew us over EUR10 for the pasta. They made good money that evening. All in all an average experience, good food, poor service and at the end you feel screwed when you get the bill.More

Delicious food. Great service. Good portion. Always packed with people. At times hard to get a table but it’s worth the wait. Great place to unwind after a long day out.

We spent a good :45 in the immediate area of the address and all we could find was an empty lot with construction debris and a park structure that wasn't open . There is a park there, but no signage to Bubuya if it's located...away from the road. Not much light in the park either, so it didn't appear it could have been hiding. Deciding not to call, we moved on. If it's still there, then we missed our opportunity.More

Recommended by my snowboard instructor and came here to have dinner. Ordered a goulash soup with deer, and a beef cheek as main. The portion is big. And the service is good! Highly recommend!

Service good, food nearly very good, so close ... My steak tartare starter was excellent, my dessert was fantastic, but my main (duck with a whole camembert!) was misconceived. The fruit compote on the camembert was exactly what the duck wanted, but not on cheese....The cheese got cold (on a cold plate) quite quickly, not pleasant. The accompanying barley, stained with a beet puree I think, was a good idea, but not enough contrast for the duck. Another minor annoyance was that the bar is very close to the main dining room and the sound of drinks being prepared, ice smashed etc. is very loud. My white chocolate mousse with blueberries dessert was world class, truly excellent. On the upside, this is clearly a place trying to move beyond the hearty food style of Zakopane, and is so close to being very good. I'm not being picky, my party of 4 are easily pleased, but we scored 6, 6.6, 6.5 and 7 from 10, with me being the 7. I hope to revisit and see changes. Staff were lovely, but need more training.More

We checked the trip advisor reviews and and looked very positive, it was more than positive! The restaurant is a little bit away from the Main Street and we think this I why it isn’t busy, it should be. Beautiful restaurant tastefully decorated and a...warm friendly welcome. Drinks wise we opted for a large local beer and homemade lemonade, lovely............now the food, AMAZING!!! I had noodle soup with ginger, and shrimp and the other half had goulash soup and both were well presented and flavoursome. Mains were a ribeye steak and homemade chips and done medium melted and chicken in orange sauce with potatoes and caramelised onion. Again presented beautifully and the photos don’t do the taste justice! Deserts for me a classic creme brûlée and a chocolate fondant for my other half. The chocolate fondant was very rich and presented creatively. We took our nine month old with us and asked if they could microwave a bottle for us and they didn’t have one.........speaks volumes, everything fresh!! Takes five minutes to walk from the Main Street down one road so please do it, you won’t regret it!! Price paid 197zlt =£42!!!! Could easily pay twice that in the uk and still be very happy. Take the time and enjoy.More

Good local products prepared with care. Excellent lamb, Wiener schnitzel, salad and desserts. Good Italian wines. The only question: why was this outstanding restaurant nearly empty?!

After a professional and friendly welcome, we got a diner of such a quality we did not expect in a super-touristic area like Zakapone. The meals are nice to look at, very tas tfull and the homemade ice cream (with non-regular ingredients like carrots/honey) was...really a surprise.More
