There are many places around here serving Polish and Silesian Cousine, but this one is a little special. The service is not only warm, attentive but also knowledgeable. Reciting ingredients and recommending wine with gusto. Guiding your experience with a smile. Wine always filled, toys...swiftly picked up when dropped. Perfection. The atmosphere is filled with polish hospitality and warmth, wood, tablecloths, polish crockery with some eclectic touches. The food is best described as elevated local cuisine (Besides the small Italian section 🤷♀️ ). Zurek was the best we ever had, even better then grandmas (thank god she not on the internet) and really is a must. The avocado Tatar, perfectly balanced with the acidic beetroot and although you are hard pressed to get a local avocado the dish wasn’t out of place and felt strangely polish. Beef cheeks and Roulade were just what you needed after the cool mountain air, soft fall apart in your mouth. Silesian dumplings on the side perfectly cradling the sauce with love. The cray fish was delicious, the mushroom sauce rich, do they belong together, unsure, it felt a bit heavy for the delicate seafood. The ribs however were disappointing, dry and leathery, with surprises of cartilage. We never made it to dessert but we will be back again to try more out of this kitchen!More

Friendly service, food was delicious and fresh, we ordered salad, dumplings and beef cheeks, we got big portions so you wont leave this place hungry. The locations is absolutely beautiful🤩 I highly recommend Sielanka
great place with local decor. simple but great. It is not anything like KARCZMA with local food. quite, pleasant and nice food.
Excellent place, with lovely local decor but also fantastic and very well prepared food. You can find traditional dishes but prepared in a refine way, often going towards nouvelle cuisine. Staff is very friendly. I warmly recommend!
In my opinion one of the best places to eat in Ustron. Decor is pleasant, location out side of town in a forest location and staff is great. Food is excellent, but my wife and I nearly always order the Chateaubriand with a side of...the order of “Szyki” (crayfish tails) In a great cream and mushroom sauce - with vegetables and purée potatoes, this is a meal that long for after being away from Ustron for a long time. Definitely the best restaurant in the area. Nice interior decor, fast service and very good food. We had mashroom soup and trout. Beza for desert. This is the right way to serve local delicious dishes in nice atmosphere, not in a pubs like everywhere else...around.More
It was not my first time at this place, as we are basically neighboors, but one more that I will cherish. I just loved their avocado/beetroot tartare and fish. Polish cuisine but in modern style. Between all the same restaurants it’s something fresh. For families with children is a small playground and very nice garden. Staff is also kind and helpful.
This restaurant has a great interios in polish style, however we were sitted outside in great tarrace. They hava also a great space outside for children. The food was great Trout from grill, and slaskie dumplings with wienner schnitzel:) food really good . The service...perfect staff very kind and pleasent. So It is a perfect place for lunch or dinner. 😀More

We are here recently and the restaurant is old world charm! We had a sirloin steak and trout! Both were excellent! Appetizer of crayfish is a must! Soups were also home made and delicious! Excellent food, warm friendly staff and a nice quiet location away from the pizza and tourist places....can not fault anything.....lovely starter, Chateaubriand was perfect, amazing cinnamon meringue, very good house red wine, and Local beer, desert wine, port and coffee for around 30 GBP a...head...one of the best meals in a very long time...More
