Short visit to the area to visit family with my English partner. Our first choice of restaurant was closed so we came here. No regrets. Good tasty authentic Polish food with great service . Our waitress even recommended which wine to go with my choice...of duck and she was not wrong . We enjoyed the food and the warm ambiance of the restaurant so much we went back a second time and again we were not disappointed . Traditional well cooked food in quirky spotlessly clean restaurant. Dziękujęmy serdecznie. Bylo super 😋More

I’ve heard a lot about the place. So once during vacations I booked a table for 4 over the phone. With 2 days advance. I arrived on the spot, was lead to the table by meter-greeter and… nothing happened for 20 minutes. So I asked...the service if anyone would care to take our order, over the phone… and no one arrived for next 20 minutes. It was shameful.More

I went there with a friend who told me food here's very tasty. When we went in I found place really nice and tidy with staff which is polite and professional. I ordered placki ziemniaczane and chicken breast with salad. Food was good and amount...of it was sufficient. Prices in this restaurant are not too high so I can say place is for everyones pocket and everyone should find something what they like. I can definitely recommend that place to try good food.More

I've been coming to this restaurant with my family for years, and sadly it's falling from grace, because it's the only restaurant with good Polish food in the area unfortunately it is way under staffed, the waiters can't handle the work load so you wait...extremely long for Service, and then when you do they arnt welcoming because they are just so over worked.. So service is now a disaster.More

Would you like to get domestic Polish cuisine presented in proper manner, have choice of fresh dishes and enjoy lunch or dinner with your business partner either family, that place will provide all of mentioned. For kids, there is as well place to play and...if the stairs at entrance in restaurant will not lead directly at street – will be five star and my preferable restaurant.More

I ve been there 8 times in the last years and was never disappointed. Enjoy the free bread with butter or Schmalz before the meal, eat a soup and an amazing main course and it wont cost you 15€ 😍 I can recommend nearly every...dish and even for "people who dont eat polish food regularly" this restaurant is a must go! Go there with friends, family or business - you will never be disappointed!More

We ate at this place approx two weaks ago. Three adults and a todler. I got parsley curry cream soup and russian pierogis while mom went for, as I remember correctly, smoked bell pepper cream soup and pierogi stuffed with duck meat. My stepdad ordered...spinach and feta pancakes. Some local beer was also on the table. There is a buffet with polish pickles, bread and lard. The pickles were delicious. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was big and roomy with extra room for events. The interior was nice but maybe in some spots a bit too much. I liked it anyway. The have a kids play area which our boy really enjoyed. There is also a place next door with direct way from the restaurant, some sort of cofee/cake place with the sweetest interior I have ever seen. What I didn't like was the name, logo and building itself. Dreadfull. Pink builing without any decent structure, pork as a logo made bad impression like I was at a butcher's. I can anyway recommend this place with my strongest intentionsMore

Traditional Polish Silesian dishes. Everything we ordered was delicious. Service was great & decor is super cute and reminds you of an old school rural Polish household. We went on a Friday night & had no problem getting a table. Next time I'm in Tychy,...I'll definitely visit again.More

“Pierogi” with duck filling and mushroom sauce - MARVELLOUS. I eat dumplings in every Polish restaurant. These were decidedly the best in my whole life! Rabbit was nice and so was “golonko”. Broth was ok, but a bit watery. As was the “kompot”. My daughter...got a glass of fresh apple juice, or rather half a glass, as the other half amounted to brownish foam, which a guest should probably not see at all. I cannot say anything about the dessert because we didn’t get any. We quit waiting for one piece of apple pie after 8 minutes of observing 4 waitresses (in their late teens/early twenties) who slowly strolled behind the bar and around the room, serving two other tables (more waitresses were taking care of a party in another room). When we got the bill (after coming up to the bar, as no methods of attracting their attention had worked ), the apple pie was there. When we said we hadn’t had any, the waitresses asked one another if we had got our apple pie, as if they didn’t believe us or were simply trying to escape the blame… No smile, no apology to us… and no tip for them. I suppose the girls have little motivation to work (small wages?) and may be tired around 5 p.m. on Sunday, but they certainly don’t do their best. Two people left the restaurant when we were there – the girls must not have noticed the customers, who were not as brave as to come up to the bar. All the same, I will return for the pierogi! And the restaurant does deserve a high score thanks to the food.More

Place is small but usually waitress speak English. Service is good. Food even better if you like typical polish food. Inside is nice and clean. Suggested!

This is a great little local and always a popular choice for anyone visiting Tychy. We had a family dinner here yesterday and the food and service was superb. I had the beetroot soup and rabbit and both were delicious - especially the rabbit which...had a beautiful Rosemary sauce on the meat and dumplings. A must visit!!!More

The restaurant is very nicely decorated - with such a Polish and rural feeling. The meals we ordered were excellent! It was a forest mushroom soup with patatoes and parsley cream. Yummy! My husband ordered some beef and I - rabbit. My dish was a...bit bland - but maybe a rabbit should be like that. My husband's meal was delicious!! We'll definitely go back. I think it is worth mentioning that you should probably book a table before. As we were sitting there several couples left as there was no free place.More
