Decent beers. Again, Rzeszów surprises me with a decent beer quality of its brewpubs. Food wise, we ordered pizza, we were hoping for napolitana style one as there was a big tube visible above the pub section suggesting a presence of a true Italian pizza...oven. Long wait to get served, even where there were plenty of staff and not that many customers. Manager was rude and dismissive - blamed the customer for not being happy to wait indefinitely, rather than his staff standing around idly in their pre-specified 'zones'. After...20 minutes we gave up and went to Lord Jack's (which provided good service from staff who were willing to multi-task between cleaning tables, making drinks and serving customers).More
Amazing steaks, ribs, chicken wings and other typical US dishes! Home made beer is a perfect one as well! Prices at the mid level, good staff. I recommend this restaurant.
Upon arrival we stood for 3-4 minutes trying to catch the attention of staff who purposely ignore you. After searching for a table not reserved we tried to find someone to confirm it was free... We were greeted with a biting response and cold glare....The food is 'ok' - I mean we didn't get food poisoning but the portions arnt big. Its nothing to write home about and doesnt make up for the horrendous (I wanted to put sh**te but its apparently too rude) service. But clearly there is no policy on preventing people drinking to much as by 20:15 we had a man nearly vomit over our table ( He made it as far as the foyer before emptying his stomach). Service was slow... and cold,... and without a smile.... The bar staff when you went to the bar were friendly and had the ability to smile. :-) We live local and this was our first visit - It wasnt busy and the experience was terrible. The managers have a lot to learn about basic customer service skills.More
Dreadful service!!!! Friday evening..is this an usual time to eat in Poland...I don't know? The place wasn't super busy but we got fed up of waiting for service so we went to the bar ourselves. We got a table and was served by a ruddest...young person (approx 25+) possible!!!! Absolutely appalling. Wouldnt want to go there again. 38zl burger with 10 chips, definetly not Belgian as described on the menu! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!More
Nicely decorated place, obliging waiter with a good handling of English. I ordered the beer tasting tray and was excellent and fairly priced. Other prices in the menu, though, were quite high.
Not the worst restaurant I've been but definitely not a good one either. I was there on a team dinner, ok can say my potato pancakes were nice, but ones that took tenderloin and some burgers were much disappointed. Anyways, worst was the steak -...veeeeery small, first time I've seen such a small steak. Also the service was not very much seen, we had to "haunt" for any waiter to order another drink or so.More
I just try a beers produced there, in my opinion the best is IPA, second one is Marcowe, next should be Czeski Pils. Nice service, I used to be there at 4 PM, so almost empty, but I saw reservation tables, mostly starting fro 6...PM. Music, not so loud, do not disturbing you. I can recommend this place.More

Then the waiter arrived (pleasant guy) we ordered our drink, the...flagship 4 beer sampler, drank it. 30 mins later and no sign of service so went to bar to order refill and food. Waiter appeared took our order of starter and 2 mains..20 mins later 1 main course arrived...30 mins after that the 2nd main course arrived and starter!! Absolutely appalling..I HAVE NEVER HAD TO EAT A MEAL IN A RESTAURANT IN RELAY!!! Sent the food back as didn't want to eat alone!! Don't waste your time..plenty of lovely restaurants in the square with better service, better food and beer that is just as good.More

I am really diplomatic person & don’t like to complain but this behavior requires attention of company. I run two big companies so I beliave feedback always helps to make change for better. Really bad customer service - was awful unfortunately from women side. Need...to learn a lot. I travel a lot & I never was treated so bad like that from service side - Karolina K & Karolina K. (will not mention they full names here its job for managers). They made problem according to change table for better one and treat customers very poor. When we kindly asked to order beer they didn’t wanna accept it. When we ask to speak with manager because sometimes I understand it can be difficult to judge for them they treat my friends arrogant and lie nobody is in charge. My friends decide to leave local because mentioned waitress exceed the limit of good taste. Dear managers - please invest & teach girls how to make proper customer service not to lose clients and money for company. I will never recommend this place for a higher customer class clients. Dear all if you can - choose something different.More
This is going to be my favourite place in Rzeszow now. Great selection of drinks and very nice customer service. Next time will try some food.
great location and theme interior design if youre a beer lover then its a must on your journey good food but its not a high end restaurant so overall 4/5
This place has such a good food, drinks and interior is pretty interesting but the service they have is quite horrible.
