I really liked the place. You must reserve a table in advance; reservations are held for 13 minutes. The service is good, but the chairs are not very comfortable.
The establishment specializes in pastas and pizza. I recommend pasta with seafood or duck. Delicious.

Really Pleased we stumbled across this Restaurant whilst visiting as a family of 3 in Krakow for the week. The Restaurant was busy, which is always a good sign. No problem finding a table and was made to feel welcome. The Pizza's sounded lovely and we all opted for one and wow within minutes they arrived. Wow they were good. Best Pizza I'd had in a long time.
Would highly recommend a visit here whether you're craving Italian food or just looking for somewhere to eat whilst in Krakow. :-)

Restaurant mainly frequented by young people who eat large, thick pizzas.
Unpleasant light and sound atmosphere, approximate service (prosecco as an aperitif which takes 20 minutes to arrive, dessert menu which does not come at all), the menu offers pasta and pizzas. The pasta arrived overcooked: if you want to cook pasta, you might as well prepare it well, which is not the case for any of the 4 of us. Blah blah.

The service at that location is nowehere near the standard they are trying to reach - if you look at the design of the restaurant. The food - well, overpriced and not really neapolitan standard - they try to make it more fancy than it is. Raw beef plate was disgusting and I returned the meal as it was not really classic "tatar" but some fancy variation of the chef.

t go there again for sure and I do not reccomend that place to anyone.

I bought pizza in Wolt. They set 20% discount and I got a micro pizza instead a normal size one. This is not giving a discount on a normal size pizza, but it’s scamming people. The pizza quality was really low level and they cooked the pizza too early compared to the courier arrival time at the restaurant. For this reason I received a cold and chewy pizza. Me and other more people will never order from them anymore. There are other many good Neapolitan pizzeria in Krakow, so you should order from them and not from this scam pizzeria.

I have been visiting Nolio for around 10 years since its opening. I have been in Nolio at least 1-2 a week for years. This was the best pizza in Cracow for years. But now its only brand. This was my second visit after few months ago I had ate very average pizza. Current visit I experienced unpleasent welcome ( with manager sitting us at the tabele ordering that we have 2 hours to finish dinner - I would expect somebody first asking me if I am fine with it before I sit at the table). Few other things that I could mention but most importantly the pizza was one of the worst neopolitan pizza I have ever ate. Second time within half year can’t be coincidence. This was my last ever visit there

Lovely decor but average food. Second visit and just lacks flavour. Our visitpor for Xmas from Warszawa had similar view over priced and pasta lacked flavour and some ingredients seemed to be missing. Have found the starters are ok but mains extremely bland. Pizza dough good but toppings poor. Bland all the meals are just bland. Won't be returning no idea why people blindly queue, it's not worth it particularly for the prices.

This restaurant had glowing reviews and a local said it had the best Pizzas in Krakow so we went there. As we had not booked we went early and there was plenty of space on a Wednesday night. We were seated at a table downstairs and it was some time before our server arrived. I felt the food was no better than other Italian restaurants I have eaten in. All the wine is Italian, it is pretty expensive for Poland. We had a bottle of Soave Classico at ZL 120 and a bottle of Merlot at ZL 140. A cappuccino was ZL 20. When we were leaving a staff member kindly ordered a taxi for us. A queue had formed then, so certainly this is a popular place.

We went to this restaurant driven by great reviews but we are sorry to say we were disappointed. Probably (I hope) it was only an isolated case ours but still in my opinion serious. We took as an appetizer two bruschetta, of which ricotta and speck. The ricotta had completely gone bad, it tasted inedible and stomach-churning enough that we had to leave it. Obviously I pointed this out to the waitress. The coating on my boyfriend's pizza instead was good, so I say it will be a serious but isolated case.

First of all, congratulations to all the staff of the Nolio Restaurant for being prepared and competent in everything.
The day before our return to Italy, my wife and I noticed this restaurant which is located just 100 meters from the hotel where we stayed and we decided that we would go and eat pizza for dinner also because we noticed several things regarding Naples, for example a blow-up of Maradona on one of the walls, Vesuvius on the N of Nolio, plates with Maradona etc. ETC.
The pizza was excellent and we would like to point out that it felt like we were in Naples, so much so that we asked if the owners or the pizza chef were from Naples and the answer was absolutely no, we are all Polish, so truly congratulations and if we return we will not miss it opportunity to return and try different dishes.

At NOLIO, the dining experience presents a mixed bag of delights and disappointments. The standout was undoubtedly the duck dumplings, which were nothing short of perfect—expertly seasoned and delightfully tender. Unfortunately, the same level of finesse was not extended to all dishes. The grilled asparagus, for example, was overcooked to the point of being burnt, a culinary misstep that significantly marred the meal's overall quality. Such errors in basic cooking techniques are unfortunate and could easily be remedied by simply preparing a fresh batch, which would be more cost-effective in the long run than risking the alienation of customers. Despite this, the rest of the dishes served were flavorful and well-executed, suggesting that with a bit more attention to detail, NOLIO could consistently impress across the board.

Pappardelle with prawns, calamari and halibut was amazing! Definitely recommend you try it.
Financier and cheesecake - both melt in the mouth along with sorbet so tasty
Ambiance was fab. We hadn’t booked, fairly early (7pm), we were able to get a table. May need to wait if later. Staff were incredibly friendly. Definitely suggest you visit!!

We were searching for a Italian for our evening meal and came across Nolio on Google, with good reviews we thought we'd try it out. A few of the reviews online advise about long wait times with no reservation and it was a Saturday night at 7pm but we took the risk. We only waited for maybe 10-15 minutes before getting a table, slight issue is that the staff didn't really make it clear the area to wait or for reservations so it's a bit of a free for all.
The restaurant is stylish and has that nice mix of fancy/casual. We'd dressed for the cold so had on causal attire and didn't feel out of place however could of comfortably dressed up for an evening dinner there.
The food was fantastic, we shared a pasta dish to start and then each had a pizza. We've eaten a fair few Italian places and the food here was one of the best.
Service was okay and the price compared to other places we'd visited in Kraków was very reasonable.
Overall a lovely stylish Italian restaurant offering really good quality pasta and pizza for a good price.

This isn't my first review of Nolio, I have been a regular customer for number of years. I am glad to say that during my last visit I noted that things have improved since my last review and the feedback has been taken on board.
It's definitely the best pizza I have ever tried, it taste amazing. The house wine was also very nice and it is now served in wine glasses which I am very happy about.
My favourite dessert in Nolio is nougat and I am so glad it's back. The only thing I would say is that the cherry sauce that it is currently being served with doesn't go with it too well, it's overpowering the flavour. The original version with chocolate and mango sorbet was my favourite.
During my last visit our waitress was friendly and very attentive.
Overall as always I will be back and not just once or twice.
