A friend and I are visiting Kraków for the first time and we came across Qrudo on our way back to our apartment. I had a risotto with carrot purée and free range chicken and my friend had schnitzel with potato purée, fried egg and cucumber and both dishes were absolutely gorgeous! They were clearly high quality ingredients and were really good value for money - not overpriced at all. We even considered having another schnitzel to share but decided to have dessert instead... we both chose the cinnamon and ginger creme brûlée with gingerbread ice cream. I had never actually tried creen brûlée before and it far exceeded my expectations! I could have eaten it all day long..
There was a varied choice of items on the menu, all with English translations, the food arrived promptly and the waiter was wonderful. The service was brilliant as he spoke some English which was really helpful (I tried my best with my polish phrasebook but I don’t think my pronunciation was quite right) and he looked after us very well. It felt like silver service as he even poured our water for us and I saw that he was being just as attentive with other tables - recommending wine and opening the bottles for them etc.
So a big thank you to Gracjan and the chefs who were working on the 18th January! dziękuję!

Today I have visited this place which was based just below the apartment I stayed in. I went in solo and have been welcomed in by two great servers which I apologise for as I didn’t catch their names. They were very polite and made me feel comfortable. The place has a great selection of wines which I was very impressed by. The food was outstanding! I had Thai soup for a starter and tagliatelle for the main. I also was able to try some of the beetroot gnocchi which was amazing. When I arrived I was served warm bread with some butter which was warm and fresh. I have been to many fine dining restaurants all over the world as well as all over Poland and I would really put this place on the top of my list in krakow. The prices do not reflect the standard of food as it’s fairly priced if not to say cheap. One of the best hidden gems in krakow. Great for a date or a casual evening! Couldn’t fault it at all! Great place and service!

We were staying in the Harmony apartments next door and every time we walked past this place smelt amazing. Eventually we went for dinner in the evening and it exceeded expectations!
The younger waiter spoke great English and offered his recommendations (which my partner followed and loved!) for starters we had the beef and the Halloumi and would recommend both, presentation and portions were great.
For mains the deer was huge portions of meat and was so tender. Octopus was tasty and interesting.
For dessert the creme patisserie and the baileys ice cream (ice cream tasted very alcoholic) and the pavlova was beautiful and light. Everything was presented beautifully. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in Kazimierz.

Saw this restaurant on one of our walks out decided to splash out on ourselves When we arrived that night they had a huge party on but still found us a table. The service and staff were great and the food was just delicious. We thought the bill was wrong at first because what we had and the way it was cooked and served would have cost us a fortune in the uk but we paid 96 zolty between us couldn’t believe it

Went on a rainy Monday evening. The service was fantastic. The manager was taking care of us with great care, knowledge of his foods and alcohols and an abundance of friendly hospitality. In short a good time was had by all and a return is certain. The food was good although the octapus and venison oso bucco was on the dry side. The crayfish soup was excellent. I lost track of various appetizers, little amuse geules and “please allow me to offer you this to try on the house”. The suggested wine was excellent and reasonably priced. The desert was great. Overall the experience was worth every zloty. Would strongly recommend over some overpriced, pretentious and not necessarily better places in town.

If you’re not sure where is the best place for food & drink nearby, it’s an answer. The service is charming, cooperating and absolutely superb. Moreover, the service is not the only one superb thing about this restaurant, kitchen and the taste of serving food as well.

Guys place is amazing. The food is literally wow.everything we tried was super delicious.Especially if you like seafood- we were having shrimps, mussels and octopus and all dishes were perfect. I also recommend to have the lemonade - best which I tried in Krakow. Waiters are super nice and ready to explain everything in polish/English language. We really enjoyed the time and definitely want to come back ☺️

I can understand why this was ranked #10 out of 1,500+ restaurants in Krakow on Trip Advisor. Well deserving of such a high ranking! Our server was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He made some good recommendations. A few months prior to this vacation, we were in Croatia where we ate a lot of excellent octopus. However, Qrudo’s octopus was beyond exceptional! Normally, we eat duck breast but Qrudo served duck legs. It was the best duck I have ever eaten. The meals were well plated and the combination of tastes and textures of the meals was truly enjoyable. (Sorry , the lighting made all our pictures have a yellow/golden hue.)

Qrudo is not a vegan restaurant and they have not many options for vegans. So when my boss booked this restaurant at a business trip this Friday, I had to contact the staff and hear if they could offer me anything at all.
They were very friendly and service minded and put together a 3 course dinner for me. It sounded delicious, but I was still surprised by how FANTASTIC the dishes were, and that a non vegan restaurant could provide me such a heavenly meal. I am so happy with the food, and the staff are really friendly and easy to talk to. I would totally recommend vegans to eat here, but I don't know it the staff would appreciate having to make food outside the menu very often, haha, but if you are vegan or vegetarian and chose to eat here, you won't be dissapointed!

I was here in April and thought it was amazing. I returned two nights ago and now I'm convinced it's the best restaurant in Krakow and one of the best restaurants I've eaten in over the years of my international travels and that includes many years of wining and dining clients at very high end NYC restaurants. The presentation of the food is literally art on the plate. The creativity, layers of flavors, colors, textures, and combination of foods are always beyond belief. The service is out of this world (Michal) is incredibly helpful making suggestions and explaining his thought processes. I'm looking forward to returning in a few nights!

When in Krakow it was a pleasure to have dinner at Qrudo, but I'm afraid that my recent visit will be the last. Knowing that the week before Christmas is a busy time, we booked our table more than ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE! It was useless, because when we arrived we clearly weren't expected and we were showed to a little punishment table outside the main room, alone, in a passageway where people were coming and going to the wardrobe. Since there was a free table in the main room, we asked if that was booked and they said "Yes, it's booked but maybe guests are not coming" and so the table remained free all the evening. We were utterly disappointed, but actually we discovered the major problem was the menu, which did not resemble what it used to be. This was clearly our mistake, not to have a look before booking, but in many previous visits we always liked so much their dishes! Now the menu lacks of the creativity it had until last year, and the prices are increased.

We visited this restaurant on Thursday evening with my friends. The restaurant was very quiet, there was only one more table there.
The service was very professional and friendly.
I have order thai soup which was lovely, my friend has ordered tagliatelle which was also enjoyable however the pasta rhe dish was served with was closer to spagetti than tagliatelle.
Desserts were absolutely fantastic!
I would definitely come back!

We went out for 3 course dinner and were not disappointed.
All dishes were cooked to perfection.
Staff was very attentive and helpful when were had questions about the menu.
Overall a great experience. This restaurant is definitely worth going back to.

We have found this place by chance after walking in a beautiful Kazimierz and it was a great restaurant to stumble upon. It is quite fine dining with nice flavours and small but delicious portions. We came in quite late but we have still been served by a very nice waiter. The food was served very fast and the quality was very good. A highly recommended place in Krakow.
