It was initially friendly and the staff were nice. We had to clean up a spill and instead of tissues they gave me a bowl of peanuts🤔. The toilets were awful the urinal wasn't flushed and the toilet seat was fully detached and so unhygenic....The food itself was nice, but very small portions. I would only go if your looking for a drink with friends.More

Perfect place on the main square for the sports fan. As well as a very good array of local beers and good food, they have every live sport anywhere on the planet available on a zillion screens.

Walked to the door to ask if there was any seats inside to be told by an extremely rude and abrupt hostess that there was not and to move out of the way

We stayed 4 days in the Betmanoswka hotel in the main square and ate several times in the outside restaurants attached (Virtuoso Italian and Staropolska Polish). Can highly recommend. The food was of a very high quality every time. The atmosphere is lovely and the...staff very attentive - special mention to Andrei who looked after us very well on our final meal. 100% recommend!More

This is the pub in between Virtuoso and Staropolska I think all belonging to the same group. This place is smart, modern & comfortable right on the square it has TVs over the bar and a giant screen on the wall the cocktails were delicious...and beer tasty and not to expensive while we waited for football to come on we decided to have some food!!! It was amazing (see photos) we will definitely return here the next time in Krakow.More

We visited her for a drink before dinner. It is on the main square. There are big screens dotted around the bar which were showing football during our visit. The staff were ok, but you got the feeling they were in no rush to serve...you, and there was no welcome. The prices were way above what we paid elsewhere, but I suppose it is on the main square, so prices will usually be above average. Overall, I don't think we would return due to the pricey drinks, unfriendly service and there being nothing special about the pub inside.More

Excellent food and service. Plenty of room inside, excellent pub with good atmosphere right on the market square. You might want to book just to be sure of getting a seat, very popular with great staff.

This pub and also Virtuoso Pizzeria and Staropolska Restaurant are all located at Betmanowska Residence Hotel. We had here beers while waiting for our room to be ready. This place has also a nice terrace with great views. However, it was a rainy day and...we sat inside this cozy pub. The beer was reasonably priced. The service was friendly.More

We stopped here for a light lunch on Saturday lunchtime and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Service was prompt and polite and we ordered a medium pizza to share, an IPA and a cider, all of which were excellent and the bill, for a centslly licated...restaurant on the square, was very reasonable. Huge thanks too to the lovely member of staff who raced after us when we left one our bags at the table. Service above and beyond!More
