Fantastic experience, we were spoilt for choice where to sit as each part of the bar was so tastefully decorated and had a great atmosphere. Reasonably priced, gorgeous hot wine, menu not the most easiest to read for a tourist but staff spoke good english...which was appreciated.More

My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around the always exciting Jewish Quarter when we decided to drop into one of our favourite bars in this area of Krakow namely Eszeweria Bar. This is a bar frozen in time ,the multi...roomed interior is amazing ,each room looks like it's been lifted from the 1930's ,vintage decor and furnishings with lots of interesting features,a cute looking serving bar and lots of seating options both inside and outside in their beer garden, this is were we chose to sit after ordering cherry vodka's. A big fan of the flavoured vodka's in Krakow and the cherry vodka is a favourite of ours, totally delicious ,dangerously drinkable,it was just so good being in such a fantastic bar enjoying a yummy vodka with my twin brother Ste ,best drinking companion in the world. We moved on after our vodka's and as on previous visits to here we had a great time. Eszeweria Bar is easy to locate along Ulica Jozefa ,a street and area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,10am till 2am. Well worth checking out if you're in the Kazimierz District.More

Great atmosphere, unpretentious and very relaxed! We ended up visiting twice as we enjoyed the first visit so much. Bigger than it looks, the first room as you walk in is quite small but there are doors to a middle room and then another room...after that! Comfy sofas and armchairs, incense burning all the time so it smells great in there too. Would love to go back again.More

The place is beautiful, very nice atmosphere. But unfortunately the people who serve you are not very friendly, I even felt uncomfortable when I was served by a blond guy with light eyes, he was super unfriendly. Other than that, the place is very nice....But it would be even nicer, if the people who work there, enjoy being there, their job, and were nicer. After all, customer service and atmosphere is the most important thing, isn't it?More

We came back to this bar numerously. Retro, rustic untouched interior with a semi covered mature garden terrace to the rear. The restaurant opposite called Starka is an absolute must too!

Quaint and cozy terrasse. Big choice cocktail and authentic place around. Healthy recommended to visit

We had a drink in the garden out back on our first night in Krakow and it was all good although the barmaid was very surly and quite rude. We returned a few nights later and were standing queuing for the bar (it’s only about...1 metre wide so people form a queue) and just as we were getting to the front a Polish woman barged right in and was served by the barmaid. When we politely pointed out that we had been standing waiting the barmaid just scowled at us and shrugged her shoulders and continued to serve the women who had very knowingly barged in. We promptly left and found a bar where they don’t scowl at you. Also, they have 1 unisex toilet cubicle for the entire bar and the queue was always about 5 deep so people were waiting for 20+ minutes. The garden is partially covered and was very smokey. There are so many interesting bars in kazimierz so do yourself a favour and swerve this one.More

nice place for beer, extraordinary interior and service. I would recommend. although there were a lot of mosquitoes and a bit of a bad smell

The bar was frenetic. The garden part is beautiful and the atmosphere is very friendly. Must see bar.

If you are trying to find yourself, this place is for you. This place is very quaint with a lovely outdoor area with a sun catchment.

Eszeweria Bar in my opinion is the coolest and most atmospheric bars in the evocative Jewish Quarter, it's a bar I always visit on any holiday i take to this most beautiful of cities. The bar itself is awesome, multi roomed with vintage decor and...furnishings including a cool looking rustic serving bar ,all manner of bric a brac adorning the walls and ceilings and plenty of seating options spread throughout Eszeweria Bar both inside and outback in their cool courtyard, cosy candlelit tables add to the ambiance of this bar,it's just one super cosy bar,if your a film buff several scenes from the movie Schindlers List were filmed near this location including the courtyard scene were Mrs Dresners hides from the rampaging Nazi's under the stairwell, this strange but cool tourist attraction is known as Mrs Dresners Courtyard And Stairs and the courtyard is directly across the street from Eszeweria Bar. On our latest eight day holiday to Krakow we visited Eszeweria Bar a few times, our first visit was on a freezing cold and snowy night,we enjoyed beers and vodka's in this warm and cosy bar ,a really good visit, our second visit was over the weekend when we had been pub and bar hopping around the wonderful old streets of the Jewish Quarter, we got here very late at night and again enjoyed some beers and flavoured vodka's. We are back in Krakow next January and will most certainly revisit this wonderful bar. Eszeweria Bar is easy to locate on Ulica Jozefa in the heart of the Jewish Quarter in an area teeming with pubs, bars and restaurants. A wonderful bar, well worth checking out if your in the area.More

Wandered into this bar in need of a cold beer one afternoon - we sat in the beautiful back courtyard (see photos) but also had a quick peek in all the different nooks and crannies inside - loved the quirky decor. Wanted to come back...in the evening but didn't have time - really enjoyed the relaxed vibe during the day though.More

We came here for drinks before dinner. The place was recommended to us but turned out to be a big disappointment. We asked for the menu and the waitress just pointed at the board above the bar without saying a word. We ordered gin tonic...and mojito. We were told that it would take 7-8 minutes to prepare the mojito and the waitress would call us to pick the drink up once it was mixed. She never called and looked at us with a surprise when she passed our table and said your drink is at the bar. When my boyfriend asked at the bar the bartender just pointed at a drink at the other side of the bar with a bored look and without saying a word. Very unfriendly! Will never go back there.More

This was the best bar we visited on our trio to Krakow. Quirky doesn't really cover it! Really enjoyed the wheat beer they served good prices too
