We visited here one evening after having recommendations to visit. It is a pretty average Italian restaurant. The food was good, the service was good. The staff were attentive and polite. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t have calamari available but it was on...the menu. We had a meal at Del Papa in the beginning of december 2022. At though it was a lot of guests we got great service and fantastic food. I had pasta vongole/seafood and it was the best of that kind I have had. We just...chansed it and dropped past and had a great surprise when we got a table. Thank you!More

The restaurant was warm and inviting, the staff were friendly and helpful. The menu had a wide variety on offer and was easy to follow in English. The starters were quick to arrive, hot and very tasteful. I chose steak for the main course and...it was cooked to perfection. My girlfriend selected a pasta dish and she was equally impressed. We stumbled upon this restaurant shortly after arriving in Krakow. It turned out to be the nicest food we had during our stay. We liked it so much we returned on our last night. The decor is very tasteful and it has a lovely atmosphere....Our waiter was Simon on both of our visits. He was very patient and helpful and his English was excellent. After a tiring day walking we picked Del Papa as close by our holiday apartment and hoped for the best. The restaurant exceeded all our expectations and the staff were really friendly. We have a teenager in tow so get rather bored usually of pizza...but he enjoyed his choice and said it was excellent. The pasta was absolutely delicious and risotto equally as good, both full of flavour and so well cooked that apart from some fresh black pepper and a glass of good Polish wine, we didn't need anything else. We ordered two pizzas - 4 cheeses and salami one. They got soooo much salt like if it would be all salt in entire restaurant! It was awful pizza, seriously how those guys got Michelin stars?! I initially wanted to go to another restaurant a...few steps from it, but my husband wanted a real restaurant with nice tables and seats. We got it - table and seats, but food was uneatable. We tried to eat it, but it was hard thing to do. I left hungry and for sure never come back. I am afraid to order pizza ever in Krakow anymore, what if it is a local tradition to put a kilogram of salt in pizza? Also waiter brought us wet plates, it was really weird.More

A group of 8 visited Del Papa and we were not disappointed! Gorgeous food and excellent service. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful meal with my partner here. Was quiet due to being in low season / covid but food was amazing and Micha was a very welcoming server. If we come back to Krakow, we'll make sure to come here again!

Stopped by here for dinner as it was nearby and reviews were good.... Definitely recommend! Staff gave such good service and were really friendly.
