We really enjoyed the hot chocolate here and the staff were friendly too. Quirky building that doesn't feel touristy despite being very central in the Old Town.

Most amazing hot chocolate I have had in my life definitely recommend. The chocolate cake and toasted sandwiches were also great. Great value and a fab atmosphere in a quirky side street bar.

Wow!! If you do nothing else in Krakow visit this wonderfully quaint little café just off the main square and try the Hot Chocolate with a blob of cream on top. Heaven in a cup if you're a chocoholic. Haven't tried the food here but...that looked equally as good too!!More

I have to say this place in Krakow has absolutely wonderful hot chocolate. It is not too sweet - just right, especially with lashings of cream on the top. I think the best hot chocolate I have had was in Porto Portugal. However this comes...pretty close and definitely the best in Krakow. So if you are looking for some relief from the cold outside, this is a really nice place to go. The atmosphere here is also excellent. And, as a bonus you can write on the ceiling if you wish. However you will need to compete with a mass of graffiti that is already there. I suggest you take a dark pen if you wish to be noticed.More

Very cozy place and you have to be lucky to find a place there. Hot chocolate with baileys was gorgeous! Special: you can write on the walls and leave some messages for the next guests🙃

Boheme place next to main square. Cheap and nice. Problem is that place is so popular that they should have more staff.

Very warm and quaint little cafe in Kraków just off the main square. Seems people here have misunderstood just how “straightforward” Polish people are, my experience wasn’t rushed or rude it was simply quick and efficient and hassle free. We had the classic hot chocolate...accompanied by home made cream and a cappuccino which were both good. The hot chocolate - when hot, is sublime. Definitely recommend to visit to pass the time and catch up, without a doubt the best coffee I’ve had in Kraków to date after visiting for 5 years.More

Today I went to Nowa Prowincja with my friend. I was hungry, wanted to order some food and to stay for a short meeting. I was a big fan of this place for many years. But today I was treaten rudely by the staff (exactly...by the guy around 47 years old, long term employee of the venue). I ordered 2 things for 20 zł, and when I wanted to pay with my card, aparently I went over the limit on my account and the guy said, that he can't cancel my order now, because it is already on his receit. I said, that I can't pay, beacuse don't have other card nor the cash, so I apologized him and tell him, that I am cancelling my order. He said that I can't and he forced my friend to cover the payment! It is absolutely unacceptable. He even taught me that I should know how much money I have when I am going out to pub. I will never come back to this place.More
