Located just off the market square. No problems with service. All served with the right amount of time between courses. Great starters of garlic prawns and sliced veal. Mains of veal on risotto and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. Not a great selection of...desserts but enough to satisfy what space we had left. Nice relaxing ambience too. Last night of our stay and chose the right place to end it on. Would’ve liked a downloaded version of the menu to help decision to eat. Just pictures doesn’t give the right impression, but glad we chose Bianca this time.More

A good quality Italian restaurant in the old town of Krakow. Good food and friendly and attentive service. Also has a good atmosphere, buzzy, but not noisy.

Nice place to have dinner and for gluten-free they have many choices. Nice tast and decoration/atmosphere . Also desert and double expression was good.

For my work I do travel to much so I try to make good food experiences in any city I work in. Now for 10 I have been working few times a year in Krakow so this is not my first visit to Bianca. Never...have I been disappointed. This time I had the Ossobucco, Slow-cooked veal shank served on saffron risotto cooked to perfection. Another dish I can recumend is the Brodetto, Mussels, squids, shrimps and sea trout, stewed in tomato sauce with garlic, leek and pepperoncino. The broth is so good you ask for a spoon.More

Waited almost an hour for three plates of pasta, which were eatable but nothing special. Personnel quite nice and apologized for the waiting. Maybe their secondi piatti are better? However if they are profiling as a pasta restaurant we expected more than luke warm tagliatelle...with plenty of oil and half cut cherry tomatos.More

We ate at this lovely restaurant this evening and couldn’t have been happier with the food and service. The walnut and cranberry bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar was delicious and on the house. We had the tagliolini con gamberetti which was fresh and...extremely tasty and the Bianca dessert was to die for. Waitress was very polite and friendly and and the service was excellent. Bianca is a nice restaurant just off the main market square in Krakow. We thought the food was excellent - starters - sous vide veal, trout carpaccio, beef tartare, prawns were all good. Mains of Osso bucco, duck and beef maintained the same high standard....Wine list was good with various options at different price points but unfortunately no draft beer. Service was terrible. Incredibly slow even though the restaurant wasn’t particularly busy. Took an hour for our starters to arrive and another 50 minutes for mains. Though it was worth waiting for….More

We arrived at this restaurant with high expectations given the rave reviews by the Michelin guide. Apart from the bread and olives served gratis, everything else seemed to be slightly off. The salads we ordered as starters were not dressed properly. My main course was...supposed to be pasta with clams but instead arrived with mussels which were clearly off. When I mentioned that the mussels were not clams to the waitress she begged ignorance and pretended that the pasta was was always served like this. Rather than argue we paid up and left.More

Great location at the main square, yet super high quality food. Really tasted like having more. Friendly waiters. Only downside is that the dishes are a bit small. Still full house points for me.

Outstanding food, the prawns are absolutely to die for. Best Italian in krakow with brilliant service and delicious fresh food.

Beautiful meal. So good we had to come back. Highly recommend the pork cheek risotto. Open kitchen gives a great atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and attentive.
