We ate here whilst staying at the attached hotel, the food and service were great, the menu is a mix of traditional Polish & European, - either way served beautifully by courteous staff.

We ate here with friends and had starters and main courses. The food was fresh and breads etc made on the premises. The service was quick and accomadating , reasonable prices when compared to the surrounding area and a varied selection of dishes.

Fab Fusion is attached to the Metropolitan Boutique hotel, and offers very tasty meals for reasonable prices. Good range of beers and wines and vodkas. Happy hour 4-6 was very popular. Whether having a drink or something to eat, Fab Fusion really is fab!

We stayed at the hotel next to the restaurant so ate here a few times and the food and service was excellent every time. Reasonably priced for the quality of the food. Would highly recommend.

It was a great restaurant. The staff were very accomodating as well. And the pianists-- they were amazing. I could go in there every night to chill! Drinks are reasonably price. Can't wait to come back!

I would expect it to be open. For New Years Eve I would suggest it would be best to reserve, if there are any spaces left now
