For the special occasion (wedding anniversary) this place worked perfectly. Nice & friendly service, the menu just big enough to not get lost in it - fits on one page. Still, there are french fries - but looks like it is a must-have dish everywhere....I would recommend fish soup, sous vide beef steak with garlic butter, and grilled vegetables. Creme Brulee for dessert, and their specialty coffee - quite strong in terms of taste. The location is calm, and just 100 meters from All-Saints Square (Płac Wszystkich Świętych) - definitely a hidden gem in the heart of Old City.More

We went to Corse on Sunday night with another couple and had a delicious dinner. The duck, seafood, seafood spaghetti and the lamb were all delicious and very reasonably priced overall for the Michelin quality food! Equally as excellent as the food was our waiter...for the evening. We didn’t catch his name but he was very friendly, helpful and attentive! I would love to go back to Kraków and would definitely return to Corse!More

We visited Corse on the final day of a city break to Kraków. We’d passed the restaurant earlier in our stay and seen the Michelin recommended plaque hanging outside, this coupled with a review of the menu and looking at previous reviews on TripAdvisor gave...us confidence that it would be a good choice for our final meal out before returning home. We were given an amuse bouche to start.....which was fairly tasteless and far from tantalising for what was to follow. The meal we had ordered however started well with a delicious charcuterie platter and some olives for our starter. The mains were not so good. I had a very nicely cooked tenderloin steak with a hideous Napoleon sauce on it. This was billed as herbs and Dijon mustard....what emerged was a coating of dried herbs and very sharp tasting dried out mustard. Thankfully this was easy to scrape off the steak. My wife had roast lamb, which although nice was overcooked. We ordered two sides, one of garlic french fries, which appeared to be oven chips with cloves of roasted garlic in the bowl; the second side was garlic roast vegetables, which were overcooked and a bit soggy. The meal was redeemed slightly at the end with a very nice creme brûlée each and a couple of coffees. The wine list was ok but quite expensive. The Bordeaux we had was at a premium price, but sadly an average wine. The meal at Corse was as the review title states ‘bang average’. The service was good as were the starter and pudding but everything else was disappointing, especially given the price. I would save your money and walk round the corner from this place to ‘The Black Duck’ (where we had eaten the night before). The food (and wine) there was twice as good and half the price.More

My wife and I ate at this restaurant on the 2nd night of our holiday. It was was relatively busy (which is always a good sign) and so good we then made bookings and returned 3 times within the week. The food is excellent, the...staff polite and friendly and the prices reasonable for the standard. Thanks again for helping make our holiday one to remember.More
