I was excited to discover a new restaurant in Krakow. Setting fine however food was less thsn average. Ordered black linguini with shrimps and mussels. Linguini came with the head of a shrimp cut out bu NO shrimps!. When I complained to the manager, he...rudely told that the dish is served like that. He categorically refused to do something to please his customer and told me that I have to pay for the dish even though I felt short-changed and cheated. This type of unfriendly management in the hospitality industry cannot be commended nor tolerated. Krakow offers better quality food and service than what i have experienced this evening. Too bad as the location of the restaurant is pleasant . I'm NOT coming back!More

We tried to contact on the phone the whole day, but always got the answering machine. We also sent an email, yet with no reply. So we decided to take the chance! We were 2 couples. My sister and her partner and me and my...partner. They came in before us and ordered some starters. When we got there, we got the drink meny and later ordered our start drinks. We got our starters, but no wine. After a really long time (over about 15minutes) came the waiter came again. And got our food order. Still no wine. We got our food and we startet to eat. And we all finished our meal before we were asked 1) how our food tastet 2) asked if we needed water 3) still no wine. We were all talking and eating at the normal speed. We all ordered the same soux vide pork, it tastet really really good. At last our waitor came, with the wrong bottle, we ordered red wine according the drink meny, and he who ordered pointet at the sheet and said what we wanted. Finally we got our wine, and the waitor, had trouble opening the bottle. It took about five minutes to open one bottle! We then decided that we were going to eat the desert at another place. This dinner was an huge dissapointment on the service, but the food tastet good. Our vurdect is that the trip is not worth the money. Our plan was to enjoy eating out on the boat but we really got sooo disappointet that we decided to let it go and eat dessert at another place.More

This is the second time we have been to Augusta in 6 years while visiting Krakow! The location is great, the food is lovely and the service is brilliant!

Great bar on the river, food excellent, staff very friendly…recommend the Polish white wine We sat outside as the sun was shining but inside was glass covered & really warm & cosy

Very nice place with super welcoming service and delicious food. Waitress was the sweetest person who made our visit really pleasant, though first we were not well seated by the man (probably manager) despite a lot of free places in restaurant.

Visited the restaurant/bar on a 4 day visit to Krakow and ended up coming twice. The food cannot be knocked, and the service was fast and efficient. The beer also was very crisp on the tongue, made even better looking over the water. Overall a...excellent place to visit, definitely recommend.More

Excellent restaurant, when me and my family came to our apartment around 7:00pm we had to go and eat somewhere and it was pouring so this was a really close restaurant to where we were. Very nice and cosy you’ve got amazing views and service....It’s based on a boat but it’s amazing it’s also very warm and welcoming. I recommend this place 100% it’s very nice at night aswell. The food is absolutely amazing and the deserts are very good. Amazing restaurant and fabulous food.More

Definitely it's a great place to eat out. Vistula view at night with lights on a small bridge makes a memorable atmosphere. Very good food, we took stakes, they could be less fried as for "medium rare", but still very tasty. I wish they had...more desserts and also some craft beers available. Good active service.More
