Me and my partner went here for dinner twice during our stay in Krakow, once to sit in and once to take away. The food was beyond a doubt the most delicious food we have had in a long time. Incredibly friendly staff. A short...wait for food but worth it.More
I was There with my girlfriend and we tried two different dishes. Mine was pad thai vege and was really good taste. My girlfriend's was sth with tofu but was really bad. The environment is nice and has a huge variety of dishes. Prices were...decent(mine was 35 pln) service was polite but took them 45 mins to serve the food. Conclusion 3 stars for the delay and the bad taste of one of our dishes.More
Best vegetarian restaurant in Krakow! The service is great and the food is absolutely amazing. Make sure to order the green tea and white chocolate tart, it is so so good!
After reading all the reviews and recommendations, I really wanted to try the food. I'm not from Krakow, but recently I had hospital appointments and decided to order take away in between appointments. I ordered one vegetarian mee goreng for my mum (stated "with egg'...on the menu), and fried rice for myself. From my experience, this often comes with egg so I asked if this is/or can be vegan. I was assured it is vegan. Since there were other meals I wanted to try, I decided to buy more for my lunch next day (soup and tibetan dumplings). At the end, I asked for all meals to be coriander free. 1. My rice came with egg 2. That rice, mee goreng and soup came with coriander 3. I paid 10 zlotys for delivery and 8 for containers which would be fine with decent service, but I did not even get spoon or fork, only chopsticks. Good luck to me eating soup with these 4. I called the restaurant and they confirmed the mistake, only said "sorry" and offered a refund for rice. If not the extra dumplings I bought for the next day, I would be starving for a whole day 5. Next day I sent email with explanation and my bank account to get a refund. This was ignored. Almost a week later I called them and asked to speak with a manager. He was busy and was supposed to call me back, instead, finally responded to my email. Just a laconic answer, sorry, our mistake, we will send you a refund for a rice and sorry for a basil in your meals. NOT a basil but coriander which I absolutely hate and I am not able to eat meal when I can taste it. 6. Finally review of the food. Dumplings (the only food without coriander) were ok but a bit flavourless. Soup which I ate at home due to lack of spoon and after manually removing coriander, was quite nice, my mum was not very impressed with her mee goreng. Overall extremely disappointing. The attitude of staff and the manager. I don't eat animal products for ethical reasons, however there are plenty of people with severe allergies and such a carefree attitude might be dangerous.More
A paradise for vegetarian options. Loved the sushi. Every dish is well made and offers great taste. Cheers.
Food here is good, I have come here since I first discovered this place i.e since 2015 and I truly appreciate this place and the fact it's vegan and vegetarian but it lacks authenticity a bit and some dishes should be improved. It's still really...good and I'll keep going there in the future. The staff are friendly and helpful.🙂More
We were in Krakow for a short break and wanted to eat vegetarian sushi. We were able to get a table for an hour and half and we ordered sushi, a few minutes later the waitress came back to tell us that the sushi chef...could not get to our order until an hour and half later and then we had to relinquish our table, so we ended up ordering something else. We were disappointed because the people who did get sushi, it looked really good. I guess that happens when there is only one sushi chef.More
The best veggie chinese food I’ve ever had. The staff were great and the food was obviously fresh and so so flavourful. Go here if you’re a veggie/vegan in Krakow!
We visited here for my birthday and it was honestly the best food that we ate whilst in Krakow. The menu was wide ranging and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had the Pad Thai and Spring rolls and it was tasty and...well prepared. A must visit in my opinion- you will not be disappointed.More
Pod Norenami is a restaurant with a very pleasant interior. The service is nice, but not very experienced. The food is great. We ordered ramen with oyster mushrooms, which is brilliant, various Asian soups - also great, chocolate dumplings - delicious and Pad Thai -...unfortunately quite weak in all aspects. A perfect place for vegetarians and vegans, but we - not being in any of these groups - were very pleased and we highly recommend this place. A small note - if you want to eat there at the weekend, then you need to make a reservation in advance, calling during the week, because the restaurant does not answer the phone at the weekend.More
Really good Asian food. Nice prices and friendly atmosphere. Loved ramen and tea so much. As a tea person, vege person and East culture lover i found it really amazing. Staff was also really warm. Recommend to anyone who love Asian food.
If you're vegetarian or vegan you need to give this place a try Really yummy food the best Japanese I've tried and tea so nice Really good service loved everything
This is the best vegetarian/vegan food we have had so far in our travels around Europe. We dined here everyday for lunch and dinner in the 5 days we were in Krakow. The menu is extensive but what we ordered were all delicious. We mostly...ate vegan dishes except for the nasi goreng which had a fried egg on top but the nasi goreng itself was vegan and it contained fake “beef” which was tender. We had the panang “chicken” curry, tofu & veg red curry, mixed veg green curry and the flavours were on point. It tasted just like the curries I have eaten in my many travels in Thailand, just without meat in these dishes. We also had the Philadelphia crunch sushi, california roll with cucumber & avocado which were both delicious but our favourite was the Fujiyama sushi which we ordered many times. The Thai chilli beef is also very delicious although not very spicy and the momos are large in size compared to the momos we have had in the Nepalese restaurant we often go to in London. The waitresses are very friendly and always took our reservations for dinner while we were having lunch. We came back late from Auschwitz and completely missed the time for our dinner reservation here but it was not a problem, the waitress remembered us from lunch and the previous days that we have dined here and gave us a table right away even though the restaurant was packed. Printed in their placemats are statements that say “vegetarian and vegan cuisine doesn’t have to be boring and a vegetarian kitchen shouldn’t be boring” and they are absolutely correct. None of the food we ate here was boring, everything we had was full of flavour and simply delicious. I wish they had this restaurant in London as we would be dining here all the time. The only negative is that tap water is not provided we had to buy their caraffe water which is cheaper than the small bottled water on offer and drinks are expensive as it has over 20% tax. I think its about 23% for drinks and 8% tax for food if my memory serves me right. For all vegans and vegetarians visiting Krakow we highly recommend this restaurant and if ever we visit Krakow again this will be our “go to” restaurant of choice.More
Just a few minutes west of Rynek (main square), there's an extensive menu of tofu and ramen dishes along with 'mock meats.' I had a spicy tofu and my wife a small ramen. The server said that the large portion was very large, and the...smaller was more than enough. The food is beautifully presented and extremely tasteful. There's also a selection of craft beers and excellent non-alcoholic drinks. Dinner for two with drinks ran to less than €30.More
