It was very busy and was expecting it to be fully booked but thought we would ask on the off chance if they had a table for 2, however the staff were rude and pretentious, telling me they get booked weeks in advance so I...shouldn’t have bothered trying without a reservation. This was a Wednesday night. My husband was there (with no reservation) on a Friday and walked straight in and got a table. He said it was O.K and nothing special. We reserved in advance for a Friday night and would recommend you do the same if you want to go. We watched lots of people being turned away at the door. We enjoyed a gorgeous bottle of red, with a fillet and t-bone steak. Meat...was well cooked and tasty. Mushroom side was delicious in a garlic sauce. I had ordered the cheeseburger and chips The burger came out raw in the middle I explained that I was pregnant and couldn’t eat it as it was the waiter was nice enough and took the burger back to get myself a new one The...2nd burger arrived exactly the same and inedible so explained to the waiter that I still couldn’t eat it he did ask if I would like anything else but I refused the burger and chips were taken off the bill. This place was a lovely atmosphere, not too fancy but very chic and lively. The burger was amazing and my friend commented they wish they'd had it too. The house red was stunning too! the service was a little slow, we had to prompt them...a few times but they were very busy so it's expected with somewhere so popular. Great value for money aswell, would really recommend!! I will be coming back here if I visit Krakow again :))More

Nice restaurant, good staff and tasty food but not the wow we were expecting. Quite a limited menu and we had a vegetarian in the group. Understand it's a steak house but very little to no accommodation of that dietary requirement.

Very tasty meal, however expensive prices and had to pay for sides. Service was quick and efficient. Location in old town is handy to get around

Arrived with high expectations Service was very slow. One meal was sent back as steak was overdone . Steak was good but not amazing.Staff were helpful and polite . Social media reputation exceeds reality .

Was hankmarving walking back to hotel. Saw that it was open so just walked in. Staff very polite. Said if we can eat up in 90 minutes we were welcome to order. The steaks were cooked to perfection. The whole meal for 2 including drinks...was under £35.More

Visited on a trip to Krakow. We had been recommended MooMoo so was looking forward to it. Personally I think it’s an OK steak house but not a special one. Why, well it lacks atmosphere, I think because they’re getting good reviews they are burning...through the motions. Certainly lacks some good customer service. Just a smile with the food would help. The steaks were again OK but nothing special. Ic you want a quick steak dinner it’s fine, if you want a dining experience perhaps look elsewhere.More

I couldn't get a table at Moo Steak and Wine and so came here instead but didn't regret it. A good menu with food that was well cooked, tasty, nicely presented and at a reasonable price. Looking at the wine list I was going to...opt for a local red but the waitress cautioned me that it was a bit sour but in contrast the white was very pleasant. I therefore opted for an Italian red but when she bought my drink she very kindly - and unasked for - brought me a taste of both the local red and white and they were as she had described. I thought this was very thoughtful and hugely appreciated by me. Unfortunately I didn't get her name but she was friendly, very efficient, thoughtful and spoke excellent English and deserved her generous gratuity. All in all a very enjoyable evening and I would happily return.More
