This is located right inside the Old Town walls, around the corner from Hotel Grodek. It has one or 2 Michelin stars and is well worth the visit. This was the best meal we had in Poland and top 2 of our 2 week adventure...in Eastern Europe. The ambiance is lovely but the food was outstanding! Our darling waitress made our dinner even more memorable and delightful. see the dishes we enjoyed and make a reservation!More

Randomly decided to come here on our first night in Krakow and did not regret the decision one bit. Service was attentive and our host recommended the local Cuvee Regis wine to try, amazing and super smooth. The croquette was delicious and a nice portion,...the beetroot soup however was not to our taste. Would also recommend the beef cheeks, tender and well cooked and a good hearty portion. Would recommend to all visiting Krakow.More

We dined here on our first evening in Krakow and it set the standard for all other restaurants we visited. The Polish cuisine at Kogel Mogel is served with a modern twist, thus making it somewhat lighter, but all dishes were excellent. Ambiance is charming,...service super [the sommelier deserves a pay rise] and the wine list extensive. In hindsight I wish we had eaten here every day ...More

Amazing Food We had a delicious meal here. I had the confit goose with beetroot and my husband had a steak. It was all full of flavour and beautifully presented. The service was perfect, attentive but subtle. We will definitely return if we revisit Krakow.

Solaris white wine was really good. Soup in bread bowl was tasteless. Could use some salt. No salt or pepper at the table. The Fisk for main course was small portion. Minimum taste and boring. Applecake was so so.

After a lovely walk through the old town I stated to feel a little peckish so decided to go for a bite to eat and found this wonderful place . Upon entering I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff . The decor was absolutely...fantastic which gave the place a classy touch. The food was outstanding . For starters I went for Guinea foul soup with carrots and pasta which was really tasty and for the main I opted for the veal pierogi with chantelle sauce and it was absolutely devine . I honestly wanted seconds it was that good . As this was my first time in Poland I wanted to try good Polish cuisine and this place delivered this in abundance . If you are near the old town do try and pop in to try the food . You will absolutely love it.More

Our daughter recommended this restaurant after her visit and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent as was the food, Duck and the Cheek dishes. We also had a Polish red wine which was very nice. We enjoyed it that much we returned on our...last night and we were equally impressed. We would definitely recommend a visit.More

Visited for dinner having changed our reservation at short notice. We had options of where to sit. The rear courtyard is stunning. The wine menu was extensive and the food was superb. I could eat the Liver Pâté 7 days a week. Service was superb...and I would recommend going out of way to visit!More

As a result of a recommendation we booked a table and received a confirmation quickly. It was a Sunday evening, but cooler than expected, so we weren't able to eat in the garden. The interior decor is intimate. We (2 persons) enjoyed smoked beef tartare...and goose liver pate for entrees. For the main courses we chose the roasted beef cheeks and a fish fillet with crayfish sauce. Everything was immaculately presented and tasted good. Some could say that the atmosphere was rather stiff or conservative, but that was probably the result of the lack of customers due to Corona.More
