After a lovely walk through the old town I stated to feel a little peckish so decided to go for a bite to eat and found this wonderful place . Upon entering I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff . The decor was absolutely...fantastic which gave the place a classy touch. The food was outstanding . For starters I went for Guinea foul soup with carrots and pasta which was really tasty and for the main I opted for the veal pierogi with chantelle sauce and it was absolutely devine . I honestly wanted seconds it was that good . As this was my first time in Poland I wanted to try good Polish cuisine and this place delivered this in abundance . If you are near the old town do try and pop in to try the food . You will absolutely love it.More

Our daughter recommended this restaurant after her visit and it did not disappoint. Service was excellent as was the food, Duck and the Cheek dishes. We also had a Polish red wine which was very nice. We enjoyed it that much we returned on our...last night and we were equally impressed. We would definitely recommend a visit.More

Visited for dinner having changed our reservation at short notice. We had options of where to sit. The rear courtyard is stunning. The wine menu was extensive and the food was superb. I could eat the Liver Pâté 7 days a week. Service was superb...and I would recommend going out of way to visit!More

As a result of a recommendation we booked a table and received a confirmation quickly. It was a Sunday evening, but cooler than expected, so we weren't able to eat in the garden. The interior decor is intimate. We (2 persons) enjoyed smoked beef tartare...and goose liver pate for entrees. For the main courses we chose the roasted beef cheeks and a fish fillet with crayfish sauce. Everything was immaculately presented and tasted good. Some could say that the atmosphere was rather stiff or conservative, but that was probably the result of the lack of customers due to Corona.More

We were recommended this place by our Segway guide, it was right across the road from their ‘shop’. We checked out the menu and it looked good so when we got back to our hotel we asked them to book a table for us. We...were shown to the outside courtyard at the rear which was very nice. I had the pickled herring, excellent and my friends had the goose liver pate and the broth, reporting that they were also very good. For mains two of us Zander with crayfish, a very nice meaty white fish with crayfish sauce which was not heavy at all I am pleased to say. I also had a side salad which had excellent vinaigrette. The other main was beef cheeks, again very good. Service was also excellent. Our waiter, Marcyn, was very knowledgeable about wines and provided us very friendly and efficient service. All round an excellent choice for our dinner.More

Delicious food and great service. We had the potato and onion dumplings as a starter and for the main course we have chosen the beef tenderloin and zander. The apple pie with icecream was also delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, we have stayed in...the garden. Totally recommended.More

Spent a week in Kraków in mid July 2020. Ate in all top rated Polish restaurants. This was by far the best food we have had. Schabowy and Beef cheeks to die for and exquisite soups! Also the service was very attentive but relaxed and...super friendly. A must when in Kraków!More

Things looked good, but unfortunately a big disappointment. Prices from space are nothing, as long as you get something that will be remembered. It was a huge mistake to go there. Sour rye soup instead was on the plate. Photos on the internet shows something...different. Should be in the bread. Soup with half an egg and cold. The broth is also cold, the portion looks like for a child. I definitely ate better dishes. I do not recommend it at all.More
