Such a lovely experience! The staff were very friendly and allowed us to have a table even though it was getting late. The cocktails were delicious and the food was even better. I had the Spaghetti bolognese and i’m usually fussy (lol) but it was the best i’ve had in Krakow. My friend had the Carbonara and she also said it was delicious. The service was excellent and very fast. I would 100% come back next time im in Krakow! ❤️🍕

Myself and my husband had dinner here one evening during our stay in Kraków. There was plenty of choice on the menus, we shared a bruschetta and then for our mains we had spaghetti Bolognese, a large pizza and fries. I had a glass of wine and he had a glass of beer. The total came to zl150 (€35), extremely good value considering the quality of the food and service. Would highly recommend!

Just eaten here tonight and food was disappointing considering the reviews this restaurant has. Pizza was lovely but the tagliatelle and salmon dish I ordered was tasteless and lacked flavour. Prices are good and lovely inside but came away not happy to have spent money on a meal with a dish that should have been easy to prepare packed full of flavour.

My friend and I had two excellent experiences in this restaurant and bar in the main square in Kraków. On our first visit we had pizzas and desserts, which were superb - cooked to perfection and tasted excellent.
On the second occasion, we came in for cocktails on the Saturday afternoon/evening of 15 Feb, and we had another excellent experience. Our fabulous visit this time was down to the excellent drinks prepared by the team, but not least due to the outstanding service offered by Kamil. He was polite, helpful, humorous and attentive to all of our needs.
If we were to return to Kraków (highly likely!) we would definitely return to this restaurant as a result of the high standard of service, food and drinks offered in this establishment.
I feel that Kamil in particular should be highly praised for his superb customer care and attentiveness. It has not gone unnnoticed!
I would recommend this restaurant for food or drink without a shadow of a doubt!

My husband and I ate here twice during our stay in Krakov. The first time we sat inside as it was so busy outside. The interior is really nice and had a cosy feel. The second time we ate out on the main square, in the sheltered seating area with heaters. It was raining but we were super cosy- great atmosphere. The food is great. Maybe not the most authentic, but lots of choice and really tasty. I had a traditional polish meal while my husband opted for Italian- really nice that the menu was both cuisine's to suit all appetites. The waiting staff were efficient and professional, although not mega friendly, but this seems to be their culture rather than rudeness. We had desserts the second time which were also really good and had a home cooked feel. We really enjoyed it :)

My twin brother Stephen and I dropped by Virtuoso Pizzeria & Ristorante and what a great time we had.
Sitting on main market square ,this Italien restaurant has a wonderful interior ,great decor and furnishings and lots of seating both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling square.
We were here at night,we sat outside were we ordered beers from Tyskie Brewery,these beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling ,we took in the stunning views of the square at night while sipping our beers.
A big fan of Tyskie Brewery beer ,light,hoppy and very drinkable ,it was just so good being sat outside this restaurant in a stunning location enjoying iced cold beers with my twin brother ,best beer companion in the world.
We moved on after our beers and for a first time visit to here we had a great time,it's easy to locate on Rynek Główny and well worth checking out .

We ate here as it is literally on our doorstep of the hotel. Great atmosphere and great views of the square as we were given an excellent table right on edge. We ordered the pizzas as we’d send them earlier and they looked good and we were not disappointed - we opted for a large (2-4 persons) and as the base is light and thin it was not over facing plus we’d not eaten much earlier in day. Good menu selection incl polish food and drinks - highly recommend.

Food was great, waiter on the 1st Dec was so helpful & recommended so many Polish dishes we came back for a second visit on 3rd Dec. Food was still great but waitress was very unhelpful, not a bit pleasant & the wait between courses was far too long. Trying to order a second drink was like pulling teeth. Very disappointing second visit

Give this restaurant a wide berth, plenty of other restaurants to choose from. My daughter ordered the fillet steak with a mushroom sauce which was an added extra, along with the fries which were also extra. When it arrived it was on a sizzling platter, not once were we asked how we wanted the steak cooking. By the time, my daughter had started to cook the steak, I had already eaten my lasagne, and the side orders had subsequently gone cold.
We sent it back. They brought the same piece of steak back we know this as my daughter had cut the end off. She then had to wait for more fries to be cooked making the steak cold. At this point we had had enough and I said I would pay for what I’d had but refused to pay for the uneaten steak.
If the restaurant had of been busy the error could of been forgiven but we were the ONLY two in the restaurant.
They wanted us to pay for the steak. We asked for the manager who wouldn’t come, but communicated through the waitress. In the end they made us pay for the mushroom sauce which wasn’t eaten just so we could get out of the restaurant along with the cold chips and potatoes which we never ate.
Definitely a place I would NOT recommend.

We are really sorry that your has bed experience using our restaurant We served the full order at the same time, and the described situation resulted from a misunderstanding of the idea of serving steaks on hot lava. Our guests usually appreciate that way which allows to be independent in preparing the meat in the way that they like the best. And none of the guests seem to have any problem with it.

There is no much to choose from so i decided to have pizza and I must say it was a good choice. The pizza was on thin&crusty base (for some people it might be too thin) i personally love thin pizza. The ingredients were fresh, we had some wine with it. The only bad point for us was staff, we have been seated next to the counter so we have heard their conversation and fortunately i must say they haven't been professional. They have been taking bad about other people which shouldn't happen. Also we have waited to be served even so they had nothing to do just stand around and slag people of.

Have to say that whether you come to Virtuoso as a couple or as a group, the service is great. However, if you are alone in the restaurant, it quickly becomes apparent that you are overlooked, ignored or have to wait more than 30 minutes to be able to order food.In addition, it has been observed that it is mostly the female waitresses who keep a single guest waiting. And just ignore it.Very sad.

We were staying in the hotel next door and decided as it was a Saturday night to book this through the hotel as it was part of the same group and the service at the hotel and pub next door had been great.
When we arrived they seemed surprised to see us, and eventually found us a table which unfortunately was very close to the double doors through which the waiters were taking food to the heated outside tables. EVERY time they went out they left the inner door open so that when the outer door was opened a blast of icy air (it was -2) hit me.
Service was slow to take the order and between that and delivery we managed to move to a small table in a warmer part
I would like to say thinks improved but the pizzas were slightly under cooked and we gave up wanting to have a desert after 5 minutes of trying to get a waiters attention.
would not recommend on the basis of this visit

We booked the Winter Garden for New Years Eve. We paid £80 gbp pp for 5 taster courses and a bottle of prosecco. I must mention the staff who worked so hard to give us a lovely evening, they were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and was delivered at timely intervals so we were eating something from the time we arrived until 15 minutes to midnight. I was pretty full towards the end ! The two things that let this event down were the toilets which were inside a club. It was pretty daunting pushing your way through people especially after being challenged by a rather gruff bouncer as to whether you could use the toilet despite flashing the wristband we had been given. The other was the music. In my opinion we were all of a certain demographic, middle aged to senior, clearly out for a quiet evening of food and some drinks but the music was very different to that, dance music etc. now and again the speaker would go off and for a moment it was beautiful again. Lastly our table was in front of the door and I completely appreciated they needed to be open for service to happen but this meant it was pretty chilly a lot of the time, maybe don’t seat anyone there? We had a lovely evening despite the above, I probably wouldn’t do it again though.

Excellent food and friendly service - we ate as a family of four with two fussy children within our group, but all four of us were highly satisfied by our meals.
We ordered a mixture of pizzas and pasta dishes, and all dishes were plentiful, aesthetically pleasing and tasty, as well as being very reasonably priced.
Well worth a visit if you're looking for good food and excellent value.

Terrible place! We were overcharged almost 18 euros for service, for food that was average! Then I realized that the tip was voluntary, although the waitress told me that I had to pay it because it was included. We paid 91 euros and all the food was total 78,50 euros! After complaining the waitress also told me the prices we got in the English menu which was in euros were not the prices. Then, at the end I got back 8 euros, the most expensive and mediocre food ever! Don’t go there!
