We're middle class people - whilst comfortably off, me and my family could never afford to eat in a place like this in Britain! But in Poland, we can! At the same time, we didn't feel in any way looked down upon, and like us,...More
We stayed at the Queens hotel above the Amaryllis restaurant and popped in for lunch not expecting the full fine dining experience. We were suitably wowed with the presentation and quality of the food. Amuse bouchée at pre lunch was superb.
We live in a very good foodie area in the UK but Amarylis was up there with the best we've been to. Superb service from very efficient waiting staff. Lovely food and sensible price despite being a very high end restaurant. We had a really...More

Our thanks to chef all the team and in particular Micheal our designated waiter. Food was fantastic and highly recommended. Mushroom consommé. Beef rib and Hazelnut vodka as an apperitif. Lovely setting and great live pianist, treat yourselves to a night here
An excellent dining experience with outstanding food served with an explanation of locality and history. Our waiter was interestingly knowledgable and enthusiastic with the food presented and served. A very affordable fine dining experience that I hope to encounter again in the future. Thank you.
