We were not allowed even to look rabbits or drink a coffe because our daughter is 5,5 yo, only children older than 6 can come inside.

In theory, this place has lots of promise, and should be great. It is super that they rescue rabbits etc. However, the system for going to see the rabbits creates all sorts of difficulties. There needs to be a numbered ticket system, so you can...actually get a drink in the café, without having to worry about missing your slot. Only there is no slot – just a big huddle of people shouldering each other out of the way to get in at the first available opportunity. When they do get in, rules are explained. And then repeatedly broken by the customers. In particular ‘do not stroke a rabbit that is in its hutch’ etc. is thwarted and not enforced by the staff. We saw two different members of staff – a young woman who clearly cared, and a young man who cared more about his phone. The drinks etc. are okay, but overall it is quite pricey. Customers are asked to clear their own tables. Only they don’t. And given the staff:tables ratio, it’s not unreasonable to expect the staff to clear them. We visited twice (daughter’s request) and each time, not many rabbits were out. Unlike others, we just observed them in their homes, rather than pestering them. But that made the admission fee all the more annoying. I don’t want to pay £4 a head to go to a glorified pet shop.More

Such a wonderful cafe. We had cake and smoothie and it tasted delicious. All the staff were lovely and welcoming and spoke wonderful English. The Bunnies are so well behaved and sweet 💕. We visit every time we go to Krakow and we will be...visoont again in the future.More

The cafe is cute and the bunnies are really taken care of. So if you worry about being ethics visiting you’ll be fine. Staff is professional and friendly. The place is good for family visits and romantic date. Not very good for very small children...because the visitors must follow safety rules.More

Amazing!! Lovely service, lovely drinks and lovely bunnies :) The service is brilliant and the drinks are delicious. The bunnies are adorable and very well looked after. The cafe itself is lovely and a pleasure to be in. 100% recommend! So welcoming and kind, with...wonderful bunnies. It was brilliant to watch the bunnies with a coffee and then go and pet them - they’re such happy bunnies.More

We came for a hot chocolate in the morning and to see the bunnies, we didn’t pay to go in with the bunnies we just sat by the fence enjoying our drinks and watching. Loved the decor and how peaceful it is in there!

Went for a coffee and smoothie but was more focussed on the bunnies! Had an array of cake options which looked lovely, but didn’t get to try them (our own choice). Coffee was lovely and smoothie was tasty, I would suggest a bigger array of...cold drinks. The bunny experience was amazing! We were given clear instructions of how to approach the bunnies safely. The girls working in the cafe knew their stuff and it was clear they loved their job and the rabbits themselves. Great experience for younger or older people as the calm nature of the animals allows for a overall delightful experience! Your ticket also permits you entrance all day so you can revisit later on if you didn’t get enough the first time!More

This is the cutest cafe EVER. We visited as soon as the place opened and after reading reviews we were expecting to be waiting for a while to even get in but actually it quiet. So if your gonna go, go as soon as they...open. The bunnies were so cute and you can tell they are very well looked after. The woman explained the rules very clearly and was very knowledgeable. We also got a coffee and cake before going into the pen which was very tasty. I’d highly recommend visiting.More

Visited late morning on a weekday during the Polish bank holiday week in May. The cafe was very busy and there weren’t many tables available so we didn’t bother getting food or drink, which was a shame as some of the cakes looked lovely. We...went straight to the till to pay for entry and then to the queue to get into the bunny pen. The experience from then on was brilliant and well worth the money! You get 20 minutes in with the bunnies when it’s busy, but can use your ticket to return throughout the day. Highlight recommend!More
