Generally, there was a good choice of various dishes, the food was not perfect, but good enough, but the view was wonderful

As soon as I opened the menue I had a sense of foreboding. Far too many words and dishes that screamed pretentiousness, wannabe "fine dinning". Ordered a Long Island ice Tea, the waiter returned 'we've run out of the iced tea'...eh? Is it bought in premixed or something? The lamb with chocolate and mint sauce was just plain bad. Meat... On arrival at the hotel the restaurant is well signed (top floor of Hotel Kossak). We booked a table and they had our reservation ready, although I suggest stating that you would like to sit on the terrace if you wish to as they were going to seat us inside. The staff were very professional, polite and well presented. We... More

Excellent place to share a bottle of rose wine of an afternoon and enjoy the nice view of the Castle. Found it a bit strange that our waiter insisted on us sniffing the plastic cork, but hey ho....!

The Thai soup was delicious, and the view even better :-) Roof terrace restaurant/cafe. Not cheap, mid-range prices I guess - but the view is worth it :-)

I had a table on the balcony overlooking the castle and it was perfect. The food was amazing as well and good service. A perfect way to spend your last evening in Krakow. This type of Restaurant in London would have cost into the hundreds but here in Krakow it was a fraction of the price for the same if... More

Disappointing start as staff did not have our reservation and seemed offhand. When we got to our table, the view from the terrace was great. However, I felt rushed by the waitress who asked for our food order before taking the drinks order; after ordering a cocktail she then wanted the food order, but we asked for 2 more minutes.... The cuisine is primarily Thai but not hot and spicy. Our soups were excellent and there was a nice variety of entrees. The fish with lemon grass was wonderful. I cannot recommend the beef tenderloin. Cooking a thick steak is an art missing here. Warning: this is a smoking restaurant inside and on the terrace.

We went here for a meal on my birthday, not normally my kind of place. The view was spectacular, we were treated to lightning in the distance. The food and wine were of a good standard, the service was ok but I have found many restaurants in Kraków to be particularly slow in taking our orders. All in all a... More

Cafe Oranzeria is located on the top floor of Hotel Kossak. The restaurant's floor to ceiling windows provide the most delightful view in Krakow, including Wawel Castle, the Old Town and the banks of the Vistula river.

From spring to autumn, the restaurant's open air terrace also allows guests to enjoy their breakfast or morning coffee with a dash of sunlight.

The beauty of the city and Head Chef carefully crafted European menu with a hint of fusion, creates an unrivalled visual and culinary experience.
