We were served a pre-selected menu as part of a group dinner. The salad opener was excellent--all the components were fresh and delicious. The duck breast main entree was substantial though overcooked--duck needs to be rare, not medium. The creme brulee dessert was ample and excellent custard. A very satisfying experience.

Spectacular view of Wavel castle right at the top of the hotel we stayed in. Friendly staff and the food was excellent. No wonder it is a Michelin recommended restaurant.

The atmosphere was exceptional and the service was very good. The food was presented well, but I can't rate it above average. It was a very lovely view and good conversation with friends.

The wild boar dish was beautifully presented and very tasty. Choice of desserts not quite so interesting.

This place was located on the rooftop of our hotel so we visited a couple of times basically for convenience and the view. I think it's worth the effort of a visit for the views alone (old town, castle, river). We only had drinks as the menu was a bit snooty (though not that expensive). No one seemed to mind... More

We booked table couple days in advance, as this place seems very popular. Food and service were excellent, definitely recommend it!

Generally, there was a good choice of various dishes, the food was not perfect, but good enough, but the view was wonderful

As soon as I opened the menue I had a sense of foreboding. Far too many words and dishes that screamed pretentiousness, wannabe "fine dinning". Ordered a Long Island ice Tea, the waiter returned 'we've run out of the iced tea'...eh? Is it bought in premixed or something? The lamb with chocolate and mint sauce was just plain bad. Meat... On arrival at the hotel the restaurant is well signed (top floor of Hotel Kossak). We booked a table and they had our reservation ready, although I suggest stating that you would like to sit on the terrace if you wish to as they were going to seat us inside. The staff were very professional, polite and well presented. We... More

Cafe Oranzeria is located on the top floor of Hotel Kossak. The restaurant's floor to ceiling windows provide the most delightful view in Krakow, including Wawel Castle, the Old Town and the banks of the Vistula river.

From spring to autumn, the restaurant's open air terrace also allows guests to enjoy their breakfast or morning coffee with a dash of sunlight.

The beauty of the city and Head Chef carefully crafted European menu with a hint of fusion, creates an unrivalled visual and culinary experience.
