Very busy. Best to visit before 6pm if you don't want to wait for a table. Excellent food - burgers/fish and chips, steaks. Lovely desserts and reasonable. 3 floors and located in the main Market Square.

Staff polite and welcoming. Food good and lots of it. We called in during the afternoon and booked for later that evening but dont think that would be necessary. Lovely location overlooking the square . Stock in shop not as good as other Hard Rock Cafes I have visited.

We were looking around Ryneck Glowry in Krakow and came across the Hard Rock Cafe. We went in to purchase souvenirs for our family and friends that collect their items. On this occasion we didn't eat as the timing was wrong.

Very busy restaurant, which resulted in fairly slow service, however on the up side we were seated quickly, as we were members, the waitress was great when we had her attention and the manager greeted us personally due to our having worn a range of HRC memorabilia. Food was up to expectations. Lots to see on several floors. No lift... More

We visited the restaurant around 4pm and it was relatively quiet at this time. It has great views of the square and Cloth Hall. The food was great and was very reasonably priced. I wasn't so pleased about being charged 9pln for a glass of water though! Other than that, it was a great experience.

Been there for late dinner and atmosphere is as welcoming and "cool" as in any other Hard Rock restaurant in the world. Decided to go for some promotional food which was pretty good sold by our waitress. Was good and tasty but the nan bread which we got with it was stone hard but maybe hard people in hard rock... Decided to book after a couple of nights around the square where it was difficult to get a table for the seven of us without booking. On arrival we were advised they were out of ribs. We checked with the waiter who said they must be kidding I am still taking orders - they weren't. Service great as usual and... More

We found this restaurant after being in Krakow 3 nights and used it for the rest of our stay, was good value and the burgers were i best i had tasted in Krakow, they also have a drinks license so we were able to have wine with our meal, or you can sit downstairs and have coffee and snacks

The Hard Rock Cafe in Krakow, which used to be the capital of Poland, is situated in the UNESCO World Heritage Market Square next door to the most famous church in Poland - St. Mary’s Basilica. From the tallest of its 2 towers, on the hour every hour, the bugle player plays the "Hejnal". According to legend, in 1241 as the Mongol invasion of Poland approached the Krakow, a guard on the church tower sounded the alarm by playing the "Hejnal", and the city gates were closed before the city could be taken. The bugler, however, was shot in the throat and did not complete the tune, which is why it now ends abruptly before completion

The 500-square-meter cafe includes seating for 160 over three floors, two vibrant bars and a Rock Shop. Hard Rock Cafe Krakow showcases memorabilia from some of the world's most iconic artists, including John Lennon, KISS, Prince and The Who. Key memorabilia items are now on display, from Jimi Hendrix’s embroidered poncho; and an autographed silver harmonica played by Bob Dylan; to a pair of black tassel gloves worn by Madonna and an autographed cymbal played by Tico Torres of Bon Jovi.
