Nice ice cream

Very well priced and nice ice cream - thought my straciatella could have a bit more chocolate (probably me just being fussy) very good though

Lovely

We stopped here for coffe and ice cream/ cake and although the coffee wasn’t the best the cake I had was lovely and my hubby had a chocolate/orange ice cream that he loved.

Shameful customer service at Rakowicka20/Ogrody Krakowian

Today the shop assistant refused to accept cash coins as quote "she doesn't know what to do with them further". I had to wait till her arrogant rude mood is over when I was finally served, though can't call it a service She hardly accepted...my payment and did it without even counting the money or giving a receipt. Shameful customer service. Don't buy there if you don't wanna feel miserable as a client.More

Average

Gelato tasted very average, nothing special, can’t say it was delicious. Lemonade was very sour and warm on very hot day...
