Great food with an amazing atmosphere. Menu has a rang of options from Italian to Polish. Sit in the garden and have a great view of the castle.

Perfect venue to enjoy lunch after visiting the Cathedral and Wawel Castle. We savoured high-quality food for affordable prices from an outdoor table with an amazing view over the city. The staff are very kind and professional. Highly recommended also to try Polish traditional cuisine.

A wonderful restaurant tucked a way in what they class as the main building which also houses the ticket offices and Souvenir shops. The prices were reasonable and the coffee and pastries okay but not outstanding. Worth a stop off to recharge your batteries However...on our visit it was sadly let down by the chaos of Schoolchildren swarming the shop, cafe and toilets.More

The day we went was very cold and so the tables indoors were at a premium. We went for an early lunch and were glad we did as we got the last indoor table. We could see the queue for tables getting longer. Also, be...aware when we arrived there were 3 tables waiting for a group who had reserved a table. They arrived just after us. The service was efficient, and we found the menu had a range of Polish and Italian choices. We enjoyed the meal we had, and would recommend this restaurant.More

Picturesque restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Sit outside and see the castle courtyard and gardens

Don't just walk past. You need a break and nowhere better than this place. Friendly and efficient staff who all (this is Poland) speak perfect UK English. The ice creams are delicious but the hot chocolate is sensational.

Great place to lunch and service was very good as was the food. I opted for the pork ribs and roasted potatoes and a side of cabbage. The cabbage was the best I'd tasted in Krackow and the ribs very good too with a tasty...sauce. My husband just opted for fries as says was not hungry but when he tasted the ribs and cabbage I had to share as he suddenly became hungry and preferred my wee potatoes to his fries! Now he wants me to make cabbage like this? Lovely stop in beautiful surroundings.More

Museum restaurants are usually neither good or cheap. The restaurant at Wawel Royal Castle was fairly priced, and the dishes were good (nothing truly special - this is not a chef's restaurant after all - but everything was tasty). Since the castle is busy and...the restaurants has a limited seating, one can wait 10-20 for a table minutes during lunch time.More

Had a coffee and a hot chocolate here after our trip up to Wawel and the Cathedral, both were very good and at a most acceptable price too with fast, professional service. Highly recommended!

Lovely lunch out on the terrace. I’ve been eating a lot of borscht whilst in Poland, and the Borscht at this restaurant has been the best by far. Served with little dumplings, it is delicious. Service was good too. Highly recommend.

If you have to wait between exhibits, you could grab something to eat at this restaurant. The food is really good quality and reasonably priced. Service very good too!!

The small cafe was adequate for a quick bite or a light meal. It was a cold day and the soup was very good

We called at the Castle restaurant for a sit down and a relaxing beer. We did not want food at that time of day and that was no problem for the waiting staff who took our beer order and happily accepted payment in coinage. Recommend...a visit.More

We spent a lovely morning in the Castle and Cathedral...even sat in the sun having a beer between attractions.....and then, just when we were about to walk back to the old town for some lunch, the heavens opened, lighteningstruck and thunder shook ....so we darted...in here for refuge. What a surprise...nothing special but excellent service and value for money. A couple of beers and shared a pizza - delicious. By the time we'd finished, the storm had cleared and we were refreshed for the afternoon in the Old Town.More

We were sightseeing and popped over to have a snack. What you see is what you get! Don't expect any more than you would in England apart from that you can get beer with your snack. Worth the money, dining in such beautiful surroundings.
