Tucked inside Wawel Royal Castle, the cafe and restaurant are a welcomed respite from the crowds. We did not eat here, but opted for coffee, water and beer with a stunning backdrop. I would say half the tables were similar that no food was purchased, but everyone took the opportunity to unwind with a cool beverage in hand. Prices were... More

The food is well prepared tasty and suitable for lunch. It was not heavy and had an Italian influence. The staff were charming and attentive. Only problem we had inside was the cool wind when the doors were open.

Stopped in for quick bite to eat and a drink to warm us up after a walking tour. Hot chocolate was too rich and could not be finished. The black forest cake was nice but not very exciting. Overall ok, but not great.

The restaurant is in the same building where you buy your (combined) tickets. Perfect for after the various tours you can take in the castle. Only sweets like cake, applepie, chocolate cake, icecream, etc., but nothing savoury. The hot chocolate is delicious.

Nice place with friendly staff but very overpriced and food was not fresh. Coffee was ok likely. Had good atmosphere.

Bit of a hidden bonus at the Castle/Cathedral. Initially entered Wawel Hill from the entrance at the end of Grodzka Street, queing for tickets at the office on the right. I would personally buy tickets at the main office at the top of the hill, where in addition to the ticket office is a shop, toilets and the restaurant. We... More

We needed a break during our tours of the Castle and Catbedral and went in. As they didn't serve decaf coffee (hard to find in Cracow). I thankfully ordered a small hot chocolate. When it arrived it was like a dessert. Pure chocolate warmed up in a little cup. See picture. My husband had an Americano which was pronounced good... More
