Visited this morning at around 1040 hours with breakfast service finishing at 1100 hours. We ordered two full English breakfasts and 1 pancakes to see us through the day before our flight home later on. The breakfasts consisted of bacon, sausage, fried eggs, mushroom, beans,...tomato, ketchup & mustard. The pancakes were served with Nutella and caramel sauce and some fruit. Prior to the breakfasts & pancakes arriving, a basket of toast was brought to us with a selection of jams, butter and honey. We both thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts and pancakes. With each ‘main’ you got a free drink with a choice of tea/coffee or juice. The waitress was lovely and friendly! Just a shame we found this hidden gem on our final day. Thank you 😀More

Cute cafe in the old town to start your day. The coffee is utterly forgetful but the food is fab. Get yourself a nice polish breakfast with some creamy scrambled eggs and blood sausage. Cheap prices and cheerful service will have you on your way...in a jiff. Or sit by the window (as we did) and watch the world walk by.More

If you are looking for a hidden gem, non touristy breakfast place. Paul is your choice. I don’t like to go to the touristy places on main square because they are overpriced for unfriendly service and mediocre food. Paul’s located on the back street, away...from the crowds and the noise. Here you can enjoy simple breakfast in German, English or Polish style. The tea is served in a cute pot 🫖! The lady was sooo friendly and cheerful she was amazing. I loved the polish breakfast with blood sausage! The eggs were so fluffy and yum. The breakfast was also served with assorted toasts, jam and butter. 10/10 will recommend!More

Our fifth trip to Kraków and we keep finding fantastic spots to eat, but Paul’s Place has quickly gone to the top of the list...breakfast here is so good we went back two days in a row! Generous portions to fortify you for a long...day of sightseeing, fairly priced and very friendly service. Not only does the food look great but the taste is super. Highly recommend the Polish breakfast, the crossaints and the pancakes - all served with lots of fresh fruit. Just a stone’s throw from the cloth market - we will be back!!!More

by far the best dinner we had during our visit to Krakow. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke perfect english - just as well as my polish is non existent. the food was amazing, super tasty and beautifully presented. The little surprise pre-starter of...home made bread with a chefs special topping was a nice little extra and the polish dumplings we had as a starter were perfect for sharing. the biggest surprise came at the end of the meal when we got the bill and couldn't believe we could eat and drink this well for such a cheap price. can not recommend Paul's Place highly enough and will defiantly be going back next time we are in KrakowMore

Read all the reviews and decided to give this restaurant a try. WOW is all I can say. We started out with the onion soup. My husband's who orders this all the time, could not say enough praise for this delicious appetizer. We then had...the filet steak and again it was beyond delicious. One of the best steaks we have ever had. Served with chips (french fries) and a wonderful fresh tasting salad. We had a half liter of wine each and then both ordered a dessert. All this fantastic dinner for less then $50.00. If your in Krakow, run to this restaurant, it is not to be missed. And I didn't even mention how great the service was, or the convient location. (One Street behind the square).More

My wife and I went to Paul’s place on the last night of our stay. Staff were attentive, pleasant and welcoming. We had a small appetiser which consisted of sun dried tomatoes on bread, which was a sign of what was to come, as it...was simple and tasty. We had a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc which was smooth and chilled. I had a starter of king prawns which was a decent portion and very tasty. Our main courses consisted of duck for myself and a chicken salad for my wife. I have never really had much in the way duck before but would definitely say Paul has given me a taste for it. We loved the ambiance and decor within the restaurant and I can’t recommend it enough. We are planning on returning to Krakow later in the year and will definitely be returning to Paul’s place.More

My husband and I came across this restaurant by chance when walking down streets just of main square and so pleased we did. The food was delicious, I had pate then salmon, my husband had pate then a burger, we shared a sweet had wine...and a beer and cost £30. So good we went back next evening though did book as appears to be very popular. Both had 3 courses with wine and couple of beers on 2nd visit and cost was £35. Duck was delicious as were sweets, creme brulee and chocolate mousse. Well worth a visit, you wont be disappointed!More

Visited this lovely restaurant twice on our trip to Krakow in March 2020. Found Paul’s on tripadvisor and there is a reason it is in the top 10 restaurants in Kraków. On both occasions I had the pan seared duck and it was lovely on...both occasions. My partner had the pork on the first trip and also the duck. We didn’t try any desserts. The staff here are excellent and I can’t recommend this place highly enough. I would make a reservation as it’s only small and numerous people were turned away. Don’t miss this place!!More
