Popped in here for lunch when we were on our way into central Krakow. Would have been happy to have had dinner here, food was excellent as was the service, well worth a visit.

Excellent food and environment, very friendly and efficient service. Beautiful decor and very clean .Will definitely come back!
A magical refuge in the very center of Krakow. If you are tired of the hustle, bustle and commercialism come ttu for a delicious coffee or tea and a great cake. Gentle Hindu music and friendly service. But what makes this place absolutely extraordinary is...the open meditation grotto. You can come and sit as long as you want. And you will want to sit there for a long timeMore
Food tastes terrible. Not anywhere close to how an Indian cuisine would taste. We ordered biryani, one paneer dish and naan. Biryani tasted weird. It was a mix of badly cooked rice with may be stale vegetables or God knows what which just tasted very...poor. We asked the staff for some pickle or chutney so that we'd be able to manage eating it. They refused to both saying that don't have either. So we ended up ordering raita. That too didn't help. In all most our food went waste as we couldn't finish anything because of bad taste. I personally won't recommend this place.More
I am very sorry about what happened to you. I'll do my best to get to know what happened and see what can be done to improve our procedures. This is first time when we get information about bad quality Biryani in our resturant. Fresh...More
We stayed in Krakow for 3 nights and this was our favourite meal during our stay - in fact I would say it's the best vegetarian Indian meal we've ever had. The aubergine pakora & spinach paneer were out of this world. It was nice...to be able to go somewhere which served a vegan naan bread (which was also amazing!), and to top it off the portions were generous too. If we ever return to Krakow we will definitely revisit Bhajan Cafe!More
First time I have been to a vegetarian Indian Restuarant and was delighted by my experience. My fiend requires gluten and diary free options, this was not an issue. We had the most amazing, delicious, mouth watering food we have ever tasted. Can’t recommend enough....The venue is lovely. Staff welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful.More
real authentic Indian bistro only serving vegetarian and vegan meals!!! Great flavours, probably the most expensive meal I’ve had in Krakow but still great value for money and delicious.
We popped in for a much needed warm up and sit down whilst exploring Krakow. We just happened to come across this little gem. None of us are vegetarian or vegan! It was very quiet [end of November] so we chose the rear seating area....How refreshing to see something different. I had a cinnamon latte - perfect. The service was attentive, the whole place tasteful and clean, and of course, being in Poland, very cheap.More
Very spacious restaurant with amazing food and plenty of vegan options. We were aboslutely amazed by the dishes. I also fell in love with their mango lassi. The stuff was friendly - and there was enough space for the baby carriage and the dog ;)...interior is also very nice. It is a great place to dineMore
Good choice of vegetarian food, excellent cooking and service. Also, the place is clean and has an aura of peace.
The whole experience can be ruined if you have just one rude waitress on staff. It is possible that this person was a manager or perhaps the owner. She has no talent for welcoming guests and is always complaining about customer requests. The younger employees...seemed OK. They even smiled and were very polite. Definitely something to think about. The food was OK, nothing really special for the high prices they charge. I will never eat at this place again.More
We are sorry to hear about your recent experience and can only apologize. When we received information about similar treatment of customers, we took up the matter and the person no longer works with us. Therefore, we thank you for leaving your honest opinion. We...More
I enjoyed one of the tastiest Indian vegan meals I have ever had at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very relaxed the staff are friendly, professional and unobtrusive, very professional. This restaurant provides a wide range of dishes, very reasonably priced and as stated already...very flavoursome. The background music and decor provides a warm relaxing dining experience.More
The restaurant is clean, the food is amazing. Best Indian food I’ve ever had. The waitress is very polite and patience. Def recommend. Not expensive at all.
We dropped here for a lunch/dinner. Ordered lemonade (this place doesn't serve alcohol), appetizers, and main dishes. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. She managed to describe the portion sizes and spiciness level quite good. Food was great, deed fried pakora and onion bhaji were crispy...and not greasy at all. Portions were surprisingly big. For table of 2 one of those is perfectly enough. As mains we ordered madras paneer and chili tofu. Madras sauce was amazing, fairly spicy but in a way that emphasizes spices used in the sauce. Chili tofu was also good, slightly sweet and tasting more of fresh chili. We had plain naan and basmati rice and they were perfectly fine.More
As a coeliac it can be hard to find suitable restaurants and it can sometimes be easier in vegan/vegetarian restaurants. But it was honestly one of the tastiest curries I have ever had! The food was flavourful and plentiful, gluten free clearly marked on the...menu. The cafe has great decor and the service was great too!More
