We were staying in the Hotel Indigo and this is the hotel restaurant. We decided that after a long day trip, that it would be nice to try out the restaurant especially after reading the reviews. The reviews are not wrong, The food was delicious...and very well presented and full of flavour. Julia was serving us and when I ordered the deer sausage, she advised that it would take some time as it was baked fresh and was that a problem. This attention to service was also evident when I then ordered the "Apple Pie" for dessert and again Julia advised that it was a deconstructed apple pie. The wanted to ensure that we enjoyed every part of the meal without being disappointed. We ended up having the Deer Sausage and Goats Cheese starters, Salmon and duck for main and apple pie and trio of white chocolate for dessert. We were also presented with an Amuse-bouche of salmon and dill. All in all an excellent meal and I would recommend this restaurant.More

This visit was fantastic service was friendly but very professional and Julia our server was brilliant she really seemed to care that we enjoyed our experience which was refreshing. Martin the chef wow this man has a talent taking seasonal local ingredients to the next...level. I particularly appreciated the deer sausages and charring the bread is a very clever idea that really took this dish to legend status dipping that bread into the sauce was heaven. If you are in Krakow make a booking something to think about the week before you go we were lucky to get our table tonight. Thank you for making my wife a very happy birthday girl we appreciate youMore

We had a delicious family dinner at Filipa 18. The deer sausage was a very rustique and tasty starter and the goat cheese mille feuille was a nice surprise. We can also recommend the duck leg.

Very good food that was well presented with style, lots of extra touches and tastes with each dish, everything cook to perfection. The service was of the highest standard, when someone doesn't need to request that the amuse bouche is vegetarian but the waiter as...anticipated this and asked if that's OK, this is service. Lovely cocktails adjusted to taste, the ambience was not stuffy or stiff but it did feel like a special occasion.More

Food was excellent and service was perfect. Chef came by our table to inquire about our experience. We had deer and wild boar dishes, both prepared in somewhat unusual way that worked out well. Restaurant is small, part of Indigo hotel, but it does not...feel like hotel restaurant. We’ve dined in many Cracow restaurants in the past, and this one has been our best experience so far. Attentive and unpretentious service was a cherry on top of a great experience.More

Very good food, and a small issue with a dish (that can happen) managed EXCELLENTLY. A must place to go while in krakow, with very out-of- standard dishes and e very warm but professional service. Keep in doing it, it makes customers feel cuddled.

Best meal we had in Krakow! We booked to eat at the bistro which although was small had a really cosy atmosphere. I had the herring tartar to start whilst my partner had the sausage dish; both lovely. We then both had the pork main...which was incredible; I even recommended it to another diner the following evening. When we asked for a cocktail menu the waiter asked what we like I.e. sweet, fine, rum etc and made a few cocktails that were amazing! I don’t remember the waiters name but he really made the evening perfect. Although we accidentally got charged for an additional main course. When we returned they offered us two free cocktails which more than made things up for the price. Would highly recommend.More

The kitchen is modern, but chef has taken inspiration from different regions of Polish traditional cuisine. If you want to have awesome and original gastronomic experience go there for a dinner.

The delightful interior light and colors, attentive service and delicious food combined for a wonderful evening and meal. Each plate was a creative delight. The rabbit was cooked to perfection. The amuse bouche lived up to its name. The sorrel soup was the best that...I've tasted. The beet carpaccio was an inspiration. And the coffee ice cream - made in house - was the best I've ever tasted.More

As we were staying in the hotel it would have seemed a shame not to eat here during our stay. We found the food quality was faultless and very reasonably priced. The pork leg was fantastic, as was the beef filet and catfish. There is...a good wine list which again was reasonably priced. We enjoyed our meal here so much we ate here again during our stay.More

We had a lovely meal here on Sunday night! Service from Bernadetta was wonderful, and the food was great. Very reasonable considering it was cooked by Marcin Soltys, a top chef in Poland. Unfortunately we were unaware they did a tasting menu, otherwise we would...definitely have ordered it, but the food we did have was delicious. A glass of Tattinger was under £10, which might be considered high there, but felt very reasonable to us. We also had a bottle of delicious Polish wine called Palac Mierzecin that we would unreservedly buy again! If I had to give constructive criticism, it would be that they should consider having a cheese board on the menu, as we encountered some fabulous Polish ones during our time here. Comfortable and tastefully decorated restaurant, with delicious food, and great service. At £91 for 3 courses, with bread, a complimentary bouche, champagne and bottle of exceptional red, we'd definitely recommend.More
