One of the guard in this place uses pepperspray on his guests for no reason, so stay away! Hope he get what he deserves for his brutal behaviour against other people!

Went to this pub for food and watch football, staff moved us 3 times, then allowed others to sit in the seats that were supposed to be booked for a big group. The group never appeared and 3 separate smaller groups sat where we were...moved from . Manager completely un interested. Never be backMore

If you want your card skimmed for overpriced drinks and food then this is the place to go. Bar staff are shysters and scammers. Avoid at all costs. Only bad place in Krakow. If you do have the misfortune to visit, DONT pay be card...- you’ll be shocked when you get your bank statementMore

Visited over Easter. All tables reserved, though not all taken, and not allowed to stand, eventually got seats at the bar at the back. This place is the last 'pub' on earth you would want to go to. It appears to me that staff must...be instructed to rip customers off with their orders. Ordered polish beer, but they brought Heineken. It was easier to pay the inflated price than argue with the intimidating bar staff. This place is a hell hole and was the only unfortunate place we visited in Kraków that didn't reflect what a wonderful city it is. Avoid at all costs, go anywhere else in the Market Square as the atmosphere and attitude of staff is totally at odds with what a pub should be. It may have carpet for effect, but it's nowhere near an English or Irish pub that they advertise to be.More

The waiters always pub a reserve sign on empty tables and if you walk in and cannot fill a table they don’t allow you to sit down or even service you. They are externally rude and I will never go there again. Kind of sad...as i use to go every weekend but luckily Krakow is full of amazing places to go for drinks and dinner.More

Avoid at all costs, your card will get charged, then told declined and asked to pay cash, only for the card transactions to have completed, sometimes twice. Krakow is brilliant and so many good places to go, this isn't one of them.

When we entered , we were shown to seats right by the window. we had to climb up a step and since on some stools in the window. we felt out of place and didn't like it. In a pub, we like to choose our...own seats whenever possible. Drinks and everything else was fine. A bit pricey, as drinks can be bought elsewhere cheaperMore

On a cold and rainy February night my twin brother and I decided to drop into The Bull Pub ,been here before on previous holidays to Krakow, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. I love the look of...this English themed pub ,interior is superb, it's bigger than it looks from the outside ,a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this pub both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and beautiful Rynek Glowny, its just a really good pub. We luckily managed to get a table, we ordered big bottles of beer from Warka Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular pub. A big fan of this famous Polish beer, golden, hoppy, bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this pub, it was just so good being in such a lovely pub enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. Read a few negative reviews about this pub mostly concerning prices of drinks but Krakow has got more expensive ,its no longer 1 groszy for ten beers and 20 vodka's and keep the change ,I'm being ironic here by the way ,check what's the worth of a groszy, we got 2 big bottles of Warka Brewery beer for 34 Złoty, great value for money especially with this pubs location being in the heart of Old Town Krakow practically on Rynek Glowny ( Main Market Square ) most every other pub on Rynek Glowny is way more expensive for drinks ,it is what it is ,a massive tourist destination. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to The Bull Pub we had a great time. The Bull Pub is easy to locate along St Mikolajska, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants and some amazing architecture. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, open from 9am. Well worth checking out if you're in the Old Town of Krakow.More

Great atmosphere & service during our recent visit. Food was very well received by us, good price and tasted amazing, portions were very welcoming! Toilets were clean which I believe is important. Staff were amazing and on the ball when it came to replenishing our...drinks as it’s table service. Karaoke was fun too which I believe is most nights from 2000. Definitely be visiting Poland and the bull again!More

I echo what others have said. You will need to go on their website to see the full menu. However, they have traditional English/Irish Pub style foods. If you go in with that in mind you will be happy.
