The only place where I could find toilet for free in the city centre. I recommend 100%. The staff members were very friendly.

I feel lukewarm about this place. Yes, the food tasted excellent. However, I am not particularly happy about the value. For starters: I ordered water for the table (assuming, as in most places this would be free tap water) However, upon checking the bill it...was charged as 22zł (approx. £4 for 1.5L of still water) furthermore, when ordering I was asked if I'd like some salad with my dish - this again I assumed it was just side salad on the plate - turns out this was a whole separate side dish charged at 16zł (approx. £3). In addition, I have ordered panco breaded cod served with chips (69.90zł approx £13), expecting a panco breaded cod filet and chips - what I received was what could best be described as 3 cod goujons and chips. So overall the value for money of this place left a lot to the imagination. Now I appreciate this is a restaurant that markets itself as high class and expensive but I've been to similar class restaurants in the UK which also served a dish of fish and chips for a very similar price and served an entire side of a breaded cod with thick cut chips (as opposed to French fries). Also, something I'm quite disappointed by - I was charged 4zł (£0.90) for ketchup... at a place like this where meals cost this much basic condiments like this should be at the very least included in the price of the dish considering anyone ordering a dish with chips will also likely want ketchup. Also, all the restaurant waitresses seemed tired, annoyed and just generally unhappy gossiping and just in general seeming annoyed among themselves. And we were not once approached with the "is everything good?" question that restaurant staff tend to ask you. One highlight of the evening however was the guitar/singer duet gigging in the corner of the restaurant - it wasn't apparent what they were called or their names but they were amazing and the girl has an incredibly lovely voice. We were there 13.03 in the evening so if anyone knows who was singing there and has a spotify/youtube link I would be grateful for sharing. Overall, if you want good food and don't care too much about the service go there. Just make sure you read the menu carefully so you are not disappointed when the bill arrives. Also, keep in mind that the service charge is added to the bill!More
Lovely meal out on the main square. We sat outside with heaters to keep us warm. Service was fantastic and food really lovely. Would definitely recommend
Check your receipt! Double charged for single drink ordered and premium gin charged for instead of local brand ordered! Rude waitress denied issue!
Excellent food. I had the beef cheeks which was recommended by our waiter Kamil and it was the best meal I’ve had on our trip. My other half had the meat dumplings and they were amazing. Also a recommendation by Kamil the waiter the Polish...red wine and the Polish wheat beer was really good. Excellent food and excellent service! Keep up the good work 👍More
Sat down to eat, ordered took 45 mins for pasta, and the other meal didn’t happen as the had run out of fish. I also didn’t get why the bill was plus 50plz Far better out there!
Amazing food and amazing waiter Talas. Highly recommended Couldn’t do enough for you and the atmosphere was great
Tried funny trick with the bill gave someone else’s only realised once returned. Watch your bills when you receive bill
SCAM BEWARE!!!!! We got given the bill from another table, in hindsight i remember the waitress trying to hide the bill, We only had 2 mains and 2 drinks, They trying to charge me for a table of women having drinks.
The food here was incredible, they do traditional polish food along side more western food also. We opted for the polish pork chops, and the dumplings. The waiter gave us great suggestions ie sauces etc and had a wonderful vibe, we sat outside on the...warm seating and had such a great experience, staff were lovely and so helpful food was delicious as well!More
We visited Loza in December 2018, 4 girls on a jolly! We returned in November 2022. We arrived on Friday evening, it was the weekend of Polish Independence, so extremely busy!! We met a lovely young man on the street and asked for a table...if 4! We hadn't booked but we were found a small table in their heated outside area. Warm and full of happy people, we enjoyed our small table none the less. Cocktails were amazing, food even better. I didn't get the name of the young man, but he was bubbly, helpful and a credit to the bar. We returned on the Saturday night, having booked a table, still had the same amazing service! I cannot recommend Loza bar enough, 2 visits and will return again. Thankyou!More
This restaurant is located next to the Bonerowski Palace Hotel by the main square of Krakow Old Town. It has a pleasant terrace with great views. We had a wine stop here before it started to rain. The wine was quite reasonably priced, 8 euros...for 25 cl. The service was friendly.More
Had a lovely meal out on the square. Staff made us feel welcome and the food was lovely. Great atmosphere and relaxed restaurant
Lovely restaurant in the centre of Old Town Square. Good staff, very good menu. Highly recommend the duck breast which I had twice in my stay. The Pork cutlet was also really nice. Good range of drinks. Your right in the action next to the...horse carriages and you have wonderful views. There is also live music in the evening.More
