After a very long day we needed a stiff drink and a large meal, we were recommended Grande Grill. We had no wait time and were directed to a table upstairs by the window. The service from start to finish was excellent and the ribs...were delish! Actually all the food was delicious. We waited more than an hour for our food, and when we got it, it was disgusting. Would not recommend! Also, it was really really cold inside!
Great food and pleasant service. The ribeye steak is highly recommended! I will come back for sure next year.
Had a great long weekend in Krakow, and the Grande Grill was the place for the best steak. Great surroundings and service and I fully recommend it
What fabulous restaurant to spend a wee afternoon. The food was amazing Pork chops were cooked to perfection, cabbage was delicious.Alo the waitress was very knowledgable regarding the food , not forgetting the drinks. Service was second to none.
The only reason this place gets 3 stars is because of the very friendly waitress. The menu is quite expensive compared to other places in the main square. I had the tomato soup as a starter which looked nice however was quite bland. I ordered...a steak as my main course which was cooked to perfection however was only served with a few chips, the menu says it is served with peppercorn sauce however there’s about a teaspoon on the plate. Glasses of wine were expensive and very small sizes. I wouldn’t go back.More

Regular guest of that place before the Covid, we went back to Grande Grill yesterday and I have to say that the overall quality is well below the great standard that this restaurant used to have! :( Quality of the burgers (served with 10 fries...only…) and chicken breast was extremely poor, which is a pity since that place used to have great meats and much higher quality before… The waitresses were nice, understood our position and negotiated a discount on the the bill for us, but I would rather not recommend this restaurant right now. Hopefully the quality will recover later, once “all the kitchens and the back garden will be reopened” (as explained yesterday)…More

Genuinely great staff who helped deliver great service and beautiful food (I had Polish sausage selection and couldn't decide which of the three I liked most!) Would love to go again when I visit Krakow in the future.
We were here the night the resteraunts went on to lockdown due to the virus. The food was not good at all, we were disappointed when it arrived. They serve you frozen oven chips, the resteraunt looked high quality but the food was very poor....We would have rated this resteraunt as 1 star rating but because the waitress was very friendly and welcoming we will give it a 2 star rating.More
Fisrt place we stumbled across when we arrived in the square. The waitress Judy showed us to a table in an area that was lit with loads of red Christma slights - really lovely. Good beers, good food and we even managed to drink them...out of cherry vodka. Amazing time and we went back two days later!More
We didn't read the reviews beforehand but decided to try here. Ordered a burger and fries and our food was lovely. So many negative reviews on here but this was not the case for us. Good portion size and food was hot and tasty.
Well cooked food at reasonable prices, although I prefer to not have to pay for each part of a meal separately (ie menu prices should be for a main meal including accompanying chips or whatever - so be aware that they're not included).
If ever visiting Poland, try this place! Our second night here and haven’t yet had a full meal. This place was so good! Went for the ‘Grilled Duck Breast’. So nice. Hardly any fat on it. Not like what you get in England. Can’t recommend...this place enough. Just off the main square. Highly recommended!More
The drinks were nice. The sirloin steak was pretty bland. The food was average. There was nothing wrong with it but the price has taken the rating down.
Truly an awful experience. Please avoid for your health,sanity and experience of Kraków Shocking service,awful food when it EVENTUALLY arrived,cold,poor quality. 0/10
