Order: 1. Pork steak, potatoes, green beans - meat as hard as a sole, beans half cold, half warm (like from a microwave), potatoes zero salt, and a few scattered from boiling or re-cooking. 2. Pasta with spinach and gorgonzola - no smell of gorgonzola...at all, a trace amount, but we found cheese with a consistency similar to melted cheao cheese (I will attach in the photos). Pasta is the same as beans - half cold and warm. Prices quite high for such a disrespect to the customer. The waitresses know not to ask if it tasted good. We've been there twice - the first and the last. I'm sorry.More

Nice place to eat lunch. We had beef pasta and grilled haloumi salad. I strongly recommend the frozen strawberry margherita.

Had the carpaccio for starter and the duck pasta for main, huge portion! Not sure what anyone else is on about but we found the staff very friendly and the atmosphere lovely, food great standard. Husband had the duck with poached pear for main and...that was also very nice. Can’t fault the place!More

The portions were small and the staff were rude. We came in and no one welcomed us even after we said hey and we wanted a table for 2. Our waitress didn’t bother to ask if the food was okay or if we even wanted...dessert. She just emptied the table without saying a word. The atmosphere was good but our experience were ruined by the staff.More

Verry nice place, great drinks, good food. I've ordered pasta with sirloin and bolteus that weren't cleaned enough so sand crackled under the teeth :( Creme brulee was excellent.

During the trip to Cracow my friend and I were looking for a spot in Kazimierz. Randomly we chose Nova to drink some cocktails. The place looks nice and has a good vibe but the attitude of one of the waitress that took our order...was scandalous. At first we ordered two cocktails and bruchettas, after a while we decided to order the nachos plate as well. The order took pretty long for what it was (chips with melted cheese and dips) but nevertheless we waited patiently as we were not in a hurry. We sat just underneath the stairs and while waiting I looked upon them. The waitress came to us then and rudely declared that she saw us looking and that she did write down the order but we had to wait patiently because of the many other orders in the kitchen. We didn’t ask for explanation, we didn’t hurry someone up, just a random declaration on it’s own… I still can’t understand how such a thing might happen in a quite pricey bar. Also I have never seen such an attitude in any bar/resto which I’ve visited before.More

We stumbled across this place whilst exploring the Jewish quarter looking for a bar that our friends told us about. The food was lovely - we had the bruschetta to start followed by chicken stuffed with goats cheese. It came with buckwheat (rather a lot)...but we ordered some sweet potato fries as a side which we preferred to the buckwheat - however that was our personal presence! A very relaxed vibeMore

Perfect restaurant! Cozy, nice, busy (always a good sign), great food, plenty of choice, great staff, a place to come back to.

I used to like coming to Nova but I noticed that the staff does not sanitise the tables after every use. They carry some kind of spay with them but forget to use it. Also on the hot days they spray water on the balcony...which may not be the best thing to do during a pandemic. I WILL NOT BE BACK, which is unfortunate and sadMore

Sadly cannot give 0 stars for attitude. If during post corona times when Kraków is virtually empty and all restaurants and bars are fighting for survival, staff of Nova welcomes you with “you cannot have those tables because we keep them for bigger groups”. That...happens when 4 tables are free and I would happily set for “you can have it now but if we get bigger group we will need to move you”. Absolutely 0 effort was done to make us feel welcome and when I asked if they rather have us spending money elsewhere answer from the team was - “this is our policy”. We went elsewhere, spent 300 zl in another bar and on the way back when passing by Nova still the same tables were empty. With this approach and attitude I wish you good luck but customers remember - I will never ever again try to spend my money there.More

Hi. Tthe actual restaurant has plenty of room inside, I just can't remember if there is a disabled access to the upper seating area as I used steps which were coming off the main road. I'm sorry I can not be any more help.
