Came here twice on our Krakow city break. Loved it the first time, the food was stunning, great service and lovely drinks, so much so that we came back two days later! Highly recommend.

We ate here on a Thursday evening. The service is friendly and professional. Drinks and food came out quickly. Husband had a pizza and enjoyed it, no complaints. I ordered lasagne, thinking it would be small I also ordered a garlic bread. What an error,...portions are huge!! Food tasted amazing and the staff were attentive. We even managed to make the whole meal until the end after sitting outside in a rain downpour!! 😁 Also, the cocktail ‘the spaghetti’ is a must try!More
Beautiful spot to watch the world go by. Good pizzas. Reasonably priced. Sat outside, but the inside of this restaurant is downstairs and is stunning.
Nice food and pretty location ! However very slow service and small portions - my pasta dish did not have one of the things listed and so was disappointed 😔
A very popular place to eat by the looks of things. Pizzas were lovely, and our overall experience was good. However, we did notice that staff took a very long time to serve guests, some guests who had been sat down for a while simply...got up and left, staff didn't seem particularly surprised at this. We even witnessed a couple of ladies who had been previously sat down by a waitress being told-off for sitting down by another waiter who'd assumed they had sat down without being asked to after they asked about the cleanliness of their table.More
Faccia ( garlic bread) fantastic .. pasta was meh pizza was basic but oily . deserts where terrible. Beer was excellent … Disappointing … did not see one person finish a tomato soup
This restaurant needs to greatly improve. I was served the smallest portion ever of tagliatelle as a main course (costing approximately €11). There was very little salmon in it. A glass of Kingfisher Sauvignon Blanc cost €7; a 700ml bottle of mineral water €4. The...waitress told me that my main course was their “normal 250g serving” of pasta. She was obviously referring to the cooked and not the dry, pre-cooked pasta weight. My cutlery arrived 5 minutes later. My son’s pizza came later still (my pasta had gone cold). The explanation given to me was that our main courses were cooked in separate kitchens. Service is not good. There is a compulsory service charge on your bill. I would not recommend this restaurant. Total bill, including pizza and orange juice, €151 (€34).More
Something so simple to make was actually made so poorly for a very high price. Like many foods in this city, the restaurants don't expect repeat customers because nobody actually lives here. Everyone is a tourist, but it doesn't have to be this way.
Really lovely food and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and very reasonably priced. We sat outside but when we went inside to use the toilet we were surprised by how beautiful the interior is. Would definitely return.
We didnt get to have a dinner here. Empty tables but were not offered to be seated and when requests, informed everything was reserved, which was incorrect. This review is simply based on our interaction with the staff. We went to Malto and enjoyed the...service and food there. I will not write this down to discrimination, though I am very tempted to do so. I will give the benefit of doubt to the organization that their staff are rude to all, irrespective of skin colour and other factos.More
Got there and looked at menu seen mussels and sat down then ordered drinks and they came then they took our order said there is no mussels so we only went there for that have too pay for our drinks but waiter said we should...of asked before. So I said why is there not a cross over the mussel dish he just had no answer so not sure if it’s a nice place too eatMore
We actually didn't get the opportunity to have a meal here, I am sure it would have been lovely. What took us aback was the extremely rude behaviour of the waiting staff, especially this waitress who initially refused to acknowledge our presence to give us...a table ( we saw a few people ahead of us getting breezing in and occupying tables), however when we persisted we were repeatedly asked to wait as they were cleaning tables. There were at least 4 tables empty, but she insisted on cleaning a tables for six, then she sequentially went to the next one, when we pointed in the direction of the table right after that one, she insisted that we were to sit only on the table she had cleaned and none other. Her entire demeanour was rude, racist and unwelcoming. We saw similar behaviour being meted out to another Asian couple and put two and two together ...they eventually walked away. Humiliating experience, uncalled for attitude. Hope the restaurant owner reads this and makes this an more welcoming place for other guests who walk in next timeMore
We sat outside which had a lovely view of the square. We both ordered pasta and it was delicious. The garlic bread was also very tasty. Highly recommend.
The Spaghetti is located right on The Square and at first glance looks the part of an Italian restaurant. We sat down for our last meal before we flew home on Saturday morning. The heaters were on and spaced out between the tables and we...nabbed one ourselves as the waitress showed us to a table without a heater. By this time, the waitress seemed to lose interest in us and disappeared from sight. We were eventually given menus and after looking at the choices, we flagged a waiter down and ordered drinks, Vodka & tonic for my partner and as no cider was available, I went without. After about 20 minutes, the waiter returned with Deb's V & T and a bottle of water for me, which I said I had not ordered and eventually convinced him it was not wanted. A further 20 minutes passed as we tried to attract a waiters attention so we could order our food. The restaurant was not at all busy so how it took so long is a mystery. Deb's chose Lasagne and I went for Fruti de mare. It took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive, by which time, we were joking amonst ourselves and taking predictions on the time before we got food. The great moment arrived, we were presented with our dishes and left alone. I don't know whether the food was not hot because of the delay, or what but it was only just warm when we dug in. Deb's Lasagne looked ill, it was anemic with no colour in it, she only managed to eat a small amount and left the rest. I tried it and it was completely bland, with no flavour and it was clearly not beef and the colour looked more like pork My fruti de mare was swamped in tomato sauce but was edible, but nowhere near the temperature I would expect. During the night Deb's was kept up in the night and was badly sick the Lasagne was he only food she had eaten that day. I would recomment that you avoid this place like the plague ! The service is pretty much non existent, they were more interested in looking at their phones, the whole time. One table next to us had three seperate couples sit down and all of them walked away as no waiters had acknowledged them one. If I could, I would them ZERO OUT OF 5.More
Appalling, non-existent service. Waiters ignored us, after asking 2 of them if we could order. You’d have thought we’d asked them to for money! Don’t bother, because they won’t.
