This was a fabulous dining experience. A beautiful restaurant serving exquisite food with style. The meal was delicious from start to end. We went to Szara Ges w Kuchni during our summer holiday in Krakow and were very pleased with our visit. Located centrally on the main square in Old Town Krakow is a beautiful restaurant with a fitting "goose" theme. The interior of the restaurant was...beautiful - you can dress up here - and the service was good. The food was also excellent. We started with the foie gras ice cream, which was very good - and the portion was generous. I then had the duck breast, which was superb. The meat was very tasty and well prepared. We drank good wine and the toilet was also very nice and ambient. I would definitely visit again next time I go to Krakow!More

We chose Szara Ges based on previous reviews, and 100% it was a great decision. Amongst our group we enjoyed lamb, duck, and the amazing goose pierogi. All absolutely superb. Great service, great food, and a superb signature dessert that puts a smile on the...face. Set on the corner of the old town square, come here at twilight and enjoy a wonderful meal.More

splendid location, easy to find on the main place - a quite restaurant in the middle of the city - The food was fine, very good wine suggestions and waiter friendly and always ready to help

We choose the 7 courses tasting clearly not cheap but every course was delightful , well presented and announced. Really good quality and we will return

The salmon salad is big with 4 big shrimps. Impressive thousand island dressing, probably made from fresh cream.

Gorgeous decor and beautifully presented and tasting food. Particular highlight was the duck. We also had the signature desert, which was beautifully presented too. Finally, excellent service from the staff.

Second time in this restaurant and I can only confirm the good quality. Despite is in a tourist place, the quality is not turist average. Nice location in the town square. But it took over an hour from when we ordered to when the food arrived. Mine was ok, nothing special, the ends of the asparagus were fibrous and should not have been served, the Hollandaise was too thick. But...the main issue was my partner. He ordered lamb. He said it didn’t taste right. I tried a piece and definitely lamb, but he was quite right, it did not taste right and he suffered later that night with sickness and diarrhoea. Therefore I cannot recommend this restaurant.More

What a beautiful building on the main square. The decor is gorgeous and every room gives you something to look at in awe. The food and service were first class and I loved our dessert.

I am overall disappointed from this restaurant. Medium service from such as venue without any personal contact. The Michelle signage in front of the restaurant does not comply with the food . We were more than willing to pay good food but unfortunately we did...not taste it. The most important is the filthy restrooms. For sure a lost evening in this beautiful cityMore
