We, a party of 4, chose to visit here purely as it was close to our apartment we were staying in and have to say what a fantastic choice we made. All 4 of us chose something different but everyone agreed it was the best...meal we have had in a very long time not only in Krakow but anywhere else for that matter. Restaurant has a cellar which is popular and also a courtyard terrace for dining. We used the terrace as my brother has limited mobility. During starters it started to pour with rain the staff were fantastic, we were taken into the covered part of the...building including table and chairs! I do not recommend organizing family gatherings in this restaurant. The owner overstates the prices of the dishes. Provides other information. It's hard to come to an agreement. I don't want to sign a contract. Loses the approved menu. It introduces a nervous atmosphere

We ordered this Christmas treat several days in advance to enjoy with our Polish friends and everything about the meal exceeded our (high) expectations. The goose was superb, carefully selected, prepared over 48 hours and slow-roasted with wonderful local ingredients: done to meltingly tender perfection...and accompanied by a superb sauce, rich and powerful but without any of that cloying fattiness that so often dominates. The potato dumplings, barley and red cabbage provided a superb accompaniment and the Italian red wine recommended by the waitress complemented the food wonderfully. Jarema would himself have been proud to see and taste their culinary mastery, and he would not have thought the price excessive, one imagines. Highly recommended and surely one of the best restaurants of its kind in Poland.More

Our favorite restaurant in Kraków! The food is amazing. We ate here twice a day, the best pirogi we ever ate!!!!! And the boursht is wow. Our third time in Kraków, and we tried several places - and every time we come to the same...conclusion - to eat only here!More

I had the tenderloin roe deer with potato dumplings and the meat was perfect and the flavours on the plate were amazing!

Seemingly a very traditional menu for the area and the quality of the food is very good. Great attentive service and polite and friendly staff. My second visit, and it won't be the last.
