Went for dinner with friends, we booked a table the day before. The table was ready for us, service quite speedy too. We ordered starters, main dishes and drinks. First we received drinks - very tasty winter tea which was fool of dried fruit and spices and also little suprise, freshly baked bread with lardy minced meat, then our startes arrived - pierogi (dumplings) not boiled ones but baked - very tasty and then main dishes. Two of us opted for classic silesian Rolada and kluski and one person has chosen a vegetarian dish. All the food was delicious but portions could be bigger. All in all we were happy and we can recommend the place with clear conscience ;)

The server was really nice and whole service was just really good.
Food was just amazing. Maybe the best Zurek soup I've eaten and dry-age steak blew my mind. They also brought self-made bread with various spreadings. Good appetizer.
Will definitely come back here again and also recommend to my friends.

It’s a traditional polish affair, to me the polish food is rather bland but it’s each persons own perception, the best thing here is the service is good and the cocktails were really good and cheaper than wine, which for some reason is extortionate.
I had goose leg which was bordering on being dry, which was a shame.
I would return to try other dishes and drink more delicious cocktails. Thanks

Tatiana tends to get busy on weekends, so make a reservation if you can. We were fortunate to walk in and be seated immediately on a Sunday afternoon and we were grateful. The menu is not massive but has several nice options. Our choices were hearty and filling, but the portion sizes were reasonable, bordering on small. Even so, we were stuffed by the end.

We haven't booked just turned up and were lucky to get a table. Service is just spot on, there when you need them. Drink selection very good and food is outstanding.
I had Steak cooked med-rare which tasted as good as it looked. My other half had Pierogi (dumplings) which you can buy everywhere these days but wow handmade fresh dumplings Russian style just WOW Im polish and im 41 and I never tasted anything like this. You can tell thet treat food and service very seriously and that's why they are on the top of restaurants in Katowice.

This is one of the top choices in Katowice offering Polish classics with a twist. It's a nice, popular restaurant with professional if rather stiff and formal service.
We had Zurek to start which was a mistake since even half a portion was very filling. Mains of Duck with Apple Mousse & Chicken with Peanut Sauce were beautifully cooked but, for me anyway, a little bland.
With a couple of glasses of wine and a beer, the total came to 180 zl with tip which is around £36 so very good value if you are a fan of Polish style food.

Cozy spot - Polish cuisine with a twist. Dishes were well-presented and delicious. For those looking for a more upscale dining experience, though not overly formal, recommended. Just make a reservation in advance - this place gets packed and you are likely to be turned away for dinner without a reservation.

100% recommendable place. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with an idea. Delicious food, especially horseradish cream soup - a combination of taste and appearance. I recommend the roulade with dumplings - the meat is seasoned perfectly, it melts in your mouth. Vegan customers will surely enjoy the cauliflower steak. The dessert-chocolate fondue completes the work. The friendly staff will tell you what to choose from the rich menu of drinks, not only alcoholic.

Me and my husband had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. Visiting from England, we had read the reviews and was really excited to try the food. Wanted something local and traditional and that's what we got. The lady who served us spoke very good English, along side other languages, she just magical flipped from one to another as she greeted people. She was very helpful with my dairy intolerance and the suggestions she made for we were all amazing. My husband loved all his food too. We had 3 courses, although my husband had both puddings as none of them where dairy free 🤣, everythings was really tasty and well presented. We have no complaints what so ever and have already agreed we will return on our next trip later this year. Highly recommend

A really nice place. The food is so good and the presentation wonderful. Why not try a polish wine, You will certainly be surprised. The desert with chocolate and plums with cinnamon and cloves is a real treat. Great service and a warm atmosphere. Enjoy!

We had seen this place online before our trip to Katowice, so when we arrived we headed over to make a reservation. We were so glad we reserved because this place gets so busy and it's not the biggest restaraunt... definitely book beforehand! The food is outstanding. We wanted to experience traditional Polish food for the first time but this completely exceeded expectations. It was beautiful and very well presented. The price is also brilliant! When the bill came, we expected so much more than what it was!! The waitress was so attentive the whole evening and even gave us complimentary shots at the end of our meal. She advised what to order based on our preferences and was just a really lovely person... such a shame I did not get her name. If I ever return to Katowice, I will be back here. Thank you! Father and daughter from England.

What a happy surprise! Everything worked as it should. Welcoming at the door, superb service by Samra (Samar?) and her colleagues, great menu, delicious and stylish dishes. I've been traveling over 100 countries and dined well in most of them but this dinner goes to my TOP-5 ever. The appetizer was Beef Tartare, classic but very hard to prepare right, but the chef nailed it! Just perfect! Homemade dumplings as the main course were a suggestion of my friendly and professional waiter Samra. And that dish ended up to be the best ever dumplings, filled with soft cottage cheese and potato. Dumplings just melted in the mouth! As a dessert, I enjoyed their Chocolate Cake with mascarpone cream, salty caramel, toasted walnuts, and banana ice cream. Banana Icecream was not yellow artificial banana flavor, it was homemade deliciousness!
Whenever in Katowice, visit the food heaven called Tatiana!

Great restaurant, nice in style, with very kind staff and good and well-kept dishes, so much so that in 4 days of vacation I returned 2 times. They bring a small entree with homemade bread, lard to spread and a cucumber cheese and for the dishes to be divided they spontaneously offer to divide them by serving them perfectly both. In 2 the average expense for 2 main courses (meat and hearty, complete with side dish) + 1 soup + 2 large beers is about 50 euros total.

Wow all I can say is the food is glorious, the cauliflower soup is so lovely. Can honestly say it’s so nice we went back twice. The pierogi were just beautiful and well presented.
The first time we went the service was absolutely faultless. However the second time the young lady who served us was too interested in chatting to the couple at the next table and not serving the meal we had ordered. But that wouldn’t put me off going back to this astounding taste of Poland.
