We selected Ecru from the row of restaurants on Aleja Najswietszej based on the website menu. The grilled salmon salad we all had was outstanding, truly one of the best we've eaten. Everything was beautifully prepared, and service was excellent.

Very nice restaurant with good food and atmosphere. We were in the morning, and breakfast was perfect, very nice service
I admit eggs were good but rest of the food tasteless. Bread was old and dry (didn't get any butter) And I know that using a coffee machine can be hard but surely not that hard.... I wouldn't recommend this breakfast to anyone.More
We are honored that our terrible breakfast influenced the creation of your account especially to write us a review, we are honored, as for the breakfast itself, there was no butter, but it was our mistake, which was corrected as soon as the Lord told...More
This place have really tasty shrimp soup and burger.Wine and other dishes (pasta and some meat dish) were also good.Prices are above the average in the city. The waitress was nice.
A group of six of us had a wonderful meal here. The food and staff were excellent. There is a good choice on the menu and the food freshly prepared and nicely presented. The waitress was very friendly and helpful.
Really nice place. Cosy and clean, they have a lot english menu witch is rare in Czestochowa. The staff was pretty nice and young. Nice over all
If you are looking for a touch of class at a great price do not miss this small resturant situated on a pleasant leafy street in Czestochowa. The food is not only delicious, it is also very well presented, obviously the chef is an ambitious...guy. I took the lunch menu and spent just € 7.5 for a great mushroom soup, a fab main course (meat) and a small glass of beer! A la carte prices are higher but still good value for money.More
Very professional place, quick and familiar atmosphere, real tasty dishes. Tomorrow we'll be back for breakfast. Our dog was welcome as well and she get a bowl of fresh water without asking for it!!! Other restaurants may take after Ecru!
I've been to this restaurant a few times and I've always been delighted by the food and the service. Love the beef tartar and pasta with shrimps. Too bad they took off the onion soup from the menu, it was absolutely delicious.
We stopped in to warm up and get a hot drink but stayed to enjoy the relaxing setting and have some delicious soup. The restaurant was decorated very nicely for Christmas and we were helped by an excellent server. We had hot chocolate which was...very good but for us the highlight was the goulash, which was made in what I'm told is a more traditional Hungarian style rather than the Polish style -- the Polish style is more of a beef stew whereas this was a beef soup (hence the name of "zupa" in the menu). Served with hearty brown and also white bread, it was a nice alternative to an overly-filling lunch, and was very reasonably priced. Menus are available in English as well as Polish. Free wi-fi. Quirky toilets with seemingly not enough space to sit.More
Popped in for lunch, very nice place and the shrimp starter was to die for. Really good value, free wifi, good service.
My friends and I found Ecru after having passed dozens of restaurants on Czestochowa's main street, and we were very happy that we found it. Food was terrific, service was attentive, and the tables and chairs were quite comfortable after a long day on our...feet. Highly highly recommended!More
Very tasty, smart looking food and nice decor. We have been there a few times and definitely come back in the future.
This restaurant was packed with happy people on a Saturday night, and it took very little time before I understood why. First of all, the service was quick, friendly and spot on in all respects. The man and the woman who took care of me...were handling quite a few tables but never missed a beat. They were constantly checking to make sure I was happy. I ordered a glass of their house red wine, which I think was a syrah from Spain or Italy, and it was unusually good for a house wine priced so reasonably. And then the roast duck. It was astonishing. It came with rice, baked apple slices and a cherry sauce that was decadent. It was a wonderful evening.More
