The Burger Brothers opened up a location in Ustron where I live. Food is cooked in a trailer and has a patio area with tables.
Burgers are excellent and cooked to a medium and are juicy and tasty. They come on a nice soft bun with tomatoes, lettuce, red onions and sliced pickles- excellent. They also provide a creamy sauce which I suggest to have it on the side and you can add to taste. To be a true Canadian Burger I suggest two circles of mustard and ketchup each on the bottom bun and some mayonnaise spread on the top bun. They do not offer mustard. If they made it the Canadian Burger way it would be by far the best burgers in Central Europe.
Please try this place you will not be disappointed. Unfortunately they do not sell beer or alcohol- maybe in the future.

We’ve ordered bacon burger and francuz burger with chips.Both looked and tasted stunning .Served on wooden plates finished the overall look.Thank you

Dropped in for a quick lunch. Ordered the Bacon Cheese Burger. Excellent hand formed patty and broiled to perfect medium. I always ask for condiments on the side as then I can add the right amount of ketchup and mayo on the burger - I skipped their special sauce. Shame they do not offer mustard. Fries were very nice also. Will come again.

Definitely not a place for those who consider Black Angus burgers as the one and only. The beef tastes fine (definitely fresh) here but it doesn't make a good burger- medium rare is chewy and dry.
We ordered two burgers, one of them off the bun (no gluten free buns here). Request for a bun-free burger caused so much havoc in the kitchen that they forgot to put cheese on my cheeseburger. Got a really good espresso in compensation.
As for the sides- skip the fries (undone and tasteless in general) and go for the salad which was really nice.
It's a tiny place with few seating options. Might be hard to grab a seat in rush hours.

Brand new Burger Brothers it's a great place to hang out and taste delicious burgers. You may choose between traditional options and some regional tastes. There is also an option to order steaks on the rock and some chicken wings. If you are thirsty you can order one of the Cieszyńskie beer from local brewery. I recommend it very much. Vell done
