We were staying at the Elblag Hotel and found this place on the internet. Just one block away from the hotel, we walked there and found this amazing cozy place. It was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was not busy. The waitress seated us...immediately and took our drink orders immediately. Two delicious Polish beers were delivered in minutes. I ordered the pork tenderloins and my friend ordered the duck with a cranberry and plum sauce. Delicious food! The chef was right there in the restaurant with the customers talking and engaging with us. This a restaurant where the chef wants to know the customer and wants to make sure that you have a great experience! Please visit this wonderful place, your taste buds will thank you!!!More
Great restaurant, really nice location and the atmosphere is really good! The head chef is really welcoming and nice. The food served is delicious and it’s all fresh food. I highly recommend this restaurant!
OK basement restaurant. Ordered chichen - waited quite long before it arrived. Tastes well. Quite noisy due to WC soccer on a big screen
Small and quiet restaurant, quiet at least on Tuesday afternoon. Had seafood risotto, which was a bit too salty. Good selection of local beers. Soft drinks not well represented, though.
Przy Bramie is a small restaurant that offers great, tasty food. Hands down best steak I've ever had! The quality of meat is outstanding, especially the carpaccio! We went twice in a row and everything was delicious - the mushroom soup, the steak, the fries,...the coffee. Literally everything. Try it. You won't regret it.More
The place itself is a little hard to find and does not look much when you enter. A tiny dark place in the basement. But once you order you change your opinion completely. We have been twice to this place and each time ordered great...meat dishes (steakes and carpaccio), we have also tried soups, salads and desserts, all were excellent. The service was friendly, the prices really good given the quality of food offered. The only disappointment was a pasta dish, but you can't have it all. Heartily recommend the place especially for meat lovers.More
Restaurant "Przy Bramie" is located in tge middle of the town. It is located underneath the ground which makes it nice & cosy. We decided to eat there because I was amazed with others comments. And we weren't dissapointed. My boys ordered chicken nuggets with...chips and everything was made to order. Absolutely delicious. They ate it all. I ordered duck leg and it was soo good. And I mean it!! My husband ordered beef and he was also happy with his choice. The only one down thing was neutral waitress who never said "hallo", asked "how was our meal" etc. It is though worth visiting and dining there.More
This was very surprising. You would it imagine so good food and nice service in a place that from outside looks like a pub. And I had a crazy great steak !!!

It's a nice place with a nice atmosphere, small and located in a basement but I would definitely not call it the best restaurant in Elblag. The positive thing is that you have vegetarian and even vegan dishes and that the chef who gets out...to people (at least when I was there) and cooked accommodating my diet which was extremely nice of him. At the moment there are other places in Elblag which I prefer to dine at while staying in the city, but I will keep my eye on this one and hope it gets to be really number one.More
We were invited on our last day there by family to enjoy some drinks and food and it was a great time. We had some local beer that was a friend of the chef with our salmon and my giant piece of roast beef. I...felt like I was back in America a little bit cause I haven't had a huge portion of food in almost 2 weeks. Definitely will go back.More
