Bula i Spola is a burger joint where you can try probably the best burgers in the town of Bialystok. We love what we do. That's why we make our own buns and sauces. We also add to our burgers red onion relish which we also make. You can also try every month a different special burger. We also sell subs, salads, milk shakes or fresh juices.

It was an excellent burger! Even though the menu is only in polish, the people speak English. One burger without fries is more than enough. It is one of the best I tried!

Such an awesome place to go for burgers. I can honestly say that I never had a better and bigger burger in Bialystok then the one you can have in Buła i Spóła! Been there many times I have never been disappointed! Interior looks great. Very unique and clever.
Good job guys!

We made special trip to this place based on so many great reviews and place was closed for remodel!!
What a shame !
Driving 40 min just to get this disappointment
I guess I should call ahead to check but who does it. You just expect place to be open
I will try again when in Poland - maybe next year

Living in London there are so many places that you can go to get a burgers from BUT if you are in Bialystok this place is a MUST for anyone who's A burger lover, Their home made burger buns was delicious with a very good quality meat to go with it unlike some of the meat you get over here in London. They also made their own sauces too, just ask them what they have and if you can try their chilli sauce is was HOT HOT HOT and it’s have got a very nice taste to it :-).
The place it's self is modern, clean and the service was excellent! The menu is in Polish BUT no worry they speak English and they are happy to help you with your order.
The price is excellent for the quality of the food that's you are getting and I think is about £3 a burger which is nothing compare to London prices.

This is the place, if you want concrete food at Białystok. Really good meat, soft bun and fresh vegetables. Good value for money.

What a great place! Everything I had was excellent. I have tried a lot of burgers before but Bula i Spola has the best meat, home made buns, and sauces hands down. The fresh squeezed juices and potato wedges are just delicious! Above and beyond expectations!

As someone who lives in USA, I have had my fair share of burgers. Did not expect to find the best burger I remember eating in a small city in Poland. Their home made buns were delicious and the meat was tasty and fresh. We had the burger of the month which had some bacon and dijonaisse or something similar, delicious delicious delicious. Highly recommand anyone to stray a bit away from the square to give these guys a go!

The quality of the meat is amazing as well as the variety of sauces and topping this little trendy place offers ! All of the sauces are home made and heavenly delicious !
Swallow it down with the best milkshake with real mars bar in it and you done for the month. Can not describe how delicious it was! Will definetly go there again!
