The view from the restaurant over Szczecin is fantastic. You can walk once around to see the 360 degree panorama. The tables are located along the windows so you can enjoy a top view while having a drink or a treat. Drinks include beer, cocktails...(with and without alcohol), milkshakes and coffee. I had a piece of cake and there’s something for everyone with a sweet tooth. The different kinds of cake are on display in case you have difficulties making up your mind. Prices are about 25-30 zloty for a piece of cake or another sweet treat.More

A must go to place if you want the best possible view in Szczesin. It is a popular place and on some days, there is a line of people waiting to be seated. The prices are a little higher than on the ground, but they...are still reasonable. The view is well worth it.More

Unfortunately, the prices are not low, although usually quite crowded, so it is not always a free table food quite quite, but the view - the best in Szczecin a must for tourists

We came to cafe 22 to enjoy the panoramic overview of Sczeczin. The coffee is very nice and the Ciasto Cake simply incredible, super tasty! The views spectacular and the atmospher clean and relax. Hughly recommended.

Unexpectedly nice environment. Lovely ice creams and perfect view of the centre of Szczecin. Downsize is the poor attitude of the staff who do not make you feel welcome.

In my opinion it’s the must-do places to have coffee in Szczecin. The view takes your breath away and is a great addition to delicious dessert and coffee. Partiom sizes are huge and the almond cake with white chocolate and raspberries was probably my favourite....The staff is very helpful.More

Undoubtedly the best views of the city. Went up for a break from the city stroll and ended up having some ice cream and coffee. The panoramic views alone are worth it.

Perfect view from the 22nd (or 23 floor - depend how you count) cafeteria. We took apple pie. It was not as perfect as the view, but still Cafe 22 is a place to visit.

When the guy at information center told me about the place I was not particularly interested, but having a free time at the end of the afternoon I decided to walk there. I didn't regret. You have an awesome view of the city and you...can enjoy a coffee or sweet while you stay there. I recommend any flavor of ice cream, the presentation is very cute! Service is average, they do the minimum for you.More

Actually, i am a little bit shocked at the moment. The service is terrible. The staff is not service-minded at all! Actually, they kind of ruined our night. One of them rolled her eyes at us, and she didnt even have enough respect for us...to say “you too”, when i said “goodbye” and “have a good day”. They talked about us - but right infront of us. If I were the boss i would be extremely embarrassed. All this because we werent allowed to move two tables together, so we could sit 6 people together at the windows.More

Discovered this place because it was close to the hotel. You get to take the lift to the 22nd floor and the view is excellent. Food is average and served in a slow tempo.
