Lovely authentic spot for lunch

Amazing staff, very welcoming and keen to help me overcome my language barrier, the food was amazing and well priced. The staff ensured I was well looked after but not smothering (my glass wasn’t empty). Nice children’s play area, well out of the way of the rest of the diners but clearly family friendly too.

Good local food for good price

A lot of space. Comfortable chairs. Good heating. 🙃. Good English. A lot of options in menue, mainly Polish dishes. All were very tasty! Dishes were big in plate. Drinks were good, and also big in size. Price was good for what we ordered. Recommended.

Me and my girlfriend visited this place today. The location is really nice and central, the service is friendly and the food is also very good. We had a good time here and can recommend to visit this place.

Over priced and crap service

First if all let me preface this with the fact that the restaurant was all but empty. The waitress brought the entire table the wrong soup, then argued with the while table that we were mistaken, not her. The main courses were brought out not all at once and not one person got their entire main at one time. My wife waited for one half of her main course for over 7 min while the rest of her food went cold. We alk wound up eating one at a time. On top of that she brought out the wrong main to my mother in law and basicay said „oops, but what can I do?” We were brought the over priced check and it was then I realized this supposedly fancy restaurant charged me for a small side of ketchup. What place charges for ketchup in 2021? Avoid if possible.

Extreme disappointment

My wife and I planned to visit this restaurant for weeks. We called in for reservations as soon as they opened and we planned a late lunch early dinner. As we entered the restaurant, we noticed there was a birthday party being held inside. It should be mentioned no one told us this over the phone. The staff was too busy to seat us since they were taking care of the party. No one came to our table for over 15 minutes to give us menu cards or take our order. My wife literarily had to walk to the bar to get a drink order. I snagged a menu from a different table. We left after a our starter since it wasn't anything special and it looked like we were "too much" for the staff. I totally understand that the party was a priority but then why accept a reservation. We took a taxi to a different restaurant were we had a great time and staff appreciated our presence. Too bad since we really wanted to give this restaurant a try. We won't.

very poor service, average food

Food average at best, very oily - even for Polish kitchen. The service was disastrous, slow, chaotic, unfriendly. Impossible to order anything small for children, after longer negotiations, we were offered 4 instead of 8 dumplings, for the price of 8. Ah, well. At least we now know where not to go back.

Poor Service

Nice restaurant, but the food and service leaves something to be desired. First, the server threw the menus at us and rushed away. When she returned, my mother in law ordered duck and I ordered pork knuckle (golonka). Both arrived barely warm...not hot. We told the waitress about it, and her reply was, "I brought it straight from the kitchen." Obviously, not the response I was looking for. Telling me that she would advise the kitchen would've been a better response. It was not a language issue either because my wife is Polish. For a place that charges quite a bit for Polish standards, I was certainly expecting more. Even fast food is served hot. Not recommended.

Duck without apples.

The soup and service was good. But the duck I ordered didn’t have any apples. The menu said that the duck is baked with apples. I may not go back again.

Disaster service , conflictive waitresses.

We had to wait almost one hour for the food. After that we decided to leave because the kids were very hungry and stressed. We offered to pay for the drinks. The waitresses insisted that we had to pay for the food and locked the door with the key to prevent us to leave. So we had to call the police to intervene. The police were very helpful and forced the restaurant to let us go paying only for the drinks. The manager of the restaurant even refused to give us complaint sheets. That was incredibly stressful and ugly end of our vacation. The food might be good but BE PREPARED to wait at least for one hour and very bad service.

So very yummy. The pierogi was exceptionally. I enjoyed very much the vegetarian stuffed cabbage and my husband loved the duck. Such a treat!

Excellent choice. Some translation problems

A good surprise choice for first night in Szczecin. Pumpkin soup was delicious, with sour hibiscus accent and roast pumpkin seeds. Duck sous vide in black currant sauce, also excellent. Large portions of potatoes or dumplings alongside main dishes, consider splitting an order, or accepting gracefully your early death from obesity. The English menu says "Goose Gizzard" but it's mostly Goose Liver, which is fine with me. It was also excellent. No room for dessert, or breakfast the next day.

Tasty Polish cuisine

Nice indoors and outdoors sitting, delicious dishes. My favourite is beef tartar and a salad set. Try other salad entries for greens with a twist.

Giant snitzel and great coffee

We had a great meal and took the giant snitzel. The whole plate filled with meat. Delicious! Also the steak was good.

Fantastic!!!! A must try!!!

Two weeks in Poland and this was certainly the best! We ate here twice because the quality and flavors of the food are spot on! We had a group of six the first time and everyone loved every dish. The Schnitzel was some of the best I have had. The service was prompt and there are English speakers. The atmosphere is cool and fresh. Great location, great patio!
