About
Stara Komenda is the first restaurant brewery in Szczecin. There were more than several dozen of such types of restaurants in the Western Pomerania. As a small, family brewery we focus on what is natural and fresh. We combine the characteristics of a brewery, a restaurant and a pub. We continue the tradition and reconstruct brewing in our region.

This place doesn’t look very impressive from the outside, but on the inside the atmosphere is very warm and friendly. They brew their own beer on site and offer a lovely tasting menu with an alternating speciality beer. The pork neck was incredibly delicious. The ribs were out of this world, but the accompanying salad was not good. The evening was ended with a cheese board - there was too much smoked and blue cheese for our taste.
The staff was very friendly!
The price was more than reasonable !

If you are looking for traditional polish food in a cozy brewery style restaurant, you've come to the right place. Service is fast and very polite. The soups are really tasty and the duck legs and fillet of pork with chanterelles taste like mom would have made it. The only downside (being a beer lover) is their lager and wheat beer. Just to light for my taste. The dark lager was OK...but the favorite was absolutely their american amber ale.
If you come...chose their beer taste menu!

Good rustic atmosphere, the food was delicious (portion size reasonable, but nothing special), the homemade beer is very delicious and a clear Recommendation! Service and prices were also fine. We would go again.

I have no idea why this restaurant has so many good reviews.
We ordered a steak and honestly it was the worst steak we have ever had. Cold, chewy and weird looking like old meat.

This our place number one place. Good polish food and they make their own beer.
Everthing is very tastefull. You have to book table becurse many come in the evening for dinner.
Keep comming this place for more than 10 years and still make all very good.

Great idea with the venue. I liked how they transformed old police station into the bar. They have pretty good selection of beer and we liked what we got. The food looked delicious too so next time will go there for donner.

We were offered a tasting of three offered beers made by the establishment, this like gratitude. Not very much to say about the food as it was pre-ordered. Vodka was limited to 2 brands. Service OK.

This time it was really short visit, just for dessert and it was a day with tiramisu! our favourite dessert! And we weren't disappointed, like last time when we tried grilled coconut chicken salad and Pork neck prepared in a Szczecin way - honestly - very good polish cuisine! Go and try it!
