I had a morning coffee with my friend, during my time there I wanted to go to the toilet, stuff told me that I have to pay, no problem, I gave them 10 zl, they don’t accept banknotes.... the summary of the my visit there,...you can have an expensive coffee,but you can’t use the bathroom if you don’t have 2zl in coin. Stuff is rude.More

Terrible place. The only Mc Donalds without AC so far. To make things even worse is the Self service has gone to far. Takes forever to order a simple meal. Terrible waste of time and money.

My twin brother Stephen and I had jumped the train down from Gdansk to visit the beautiful seaside resort of Sopot and as we planned to visit some great craft beer bars and brewpubs in this city we thought it prudent to get a tasty...quick filling meal and as we walked onto Monte Cassino, the main party street of Sopot we came across this McDonald's. On a roasting hot day this Maccy's was busy but service was quick and we soon ordered a Mac menu,a double cheeseburger, fries and cola,we luckily managed to get a small table were we tucked into our meals,burger was your typical Maccy's, tasty and filling as were the fries and washed down by iced cold cola made for a very pleasant visit before we moved on. McDonald's is really easy to locate on Monte Cassino in an area teeming with pubs, bar's and restaurants and some amazing architecture and a major tourist destination. Well worth a visit.More

The only problem was that no one was fluent in english, that is a big problem. But it's a confortable place.

And even better that it's open till late for a midnight snack. Delivers the expected McDonald's quality.

Crowded, but typical McDonald's. Big Mac Was a little different than America, bread tasted a bit different.

Great for a quick meal and consistent. The service was good and the food was hot. Definitely go again.

It was always crowded because of the location at the main street is Sopot. However in summer you can eat outside at the table. Mc is an option to expensive restaurants in the city

Well its mcdonalds. Nothing good nothing bad. The wait time for the most basic things are just to long though... I'd like to point out that the staff is nice enough. Actually the coffee was pretty decent, for cheap coffee.

Fast , and fresh food McDonald's sopot was great. The facilities were clean also. Although it's just McDonald's they should be commended on their franchise.

You have to put 2 zlote to get to the toilet even if you bought something at the'restaurant'. Then you get a paper saying your bill will be reduced by 2 zlote but only on the same day. Even with not many guests inside I...had to wait a long time for a very simple order (fries + coffee).More

My first dining experience in a polish McDonalds was strange. me and my mum ordered the exact same off the breakfast menu but hers was 5 zloty cheaper and a totally different meal! Not well trained in English speaking but you get your food, no...need to complain....its McDonalds.More
