We went there for dinner (group of 8) and we all ordered different dishes - all of them were absolutely amazing. We will definitely go back there in the future whenever we are back in Kolobrzeg. No doubt it’s number 1 restaurant in the region!!!

We had the best food we have had in all of Poland. The grilled tuna was marvelous and their Vodka Sour is rocking. Also very friendly staff and all in all a great stay.

Very nice atmosphere and much for the money when you are eating lunch. Sometimes it takes some times with the service and a thing i don´t like is when you are paying you often don´t get a specification - just a sum to pay.

We tried different restaurants our stay in Kolberg, based on tripadvisor (Aquarius, Le Maison, Zakatek, Domek Kata, siedem swieatow, tenisowka). For us it is the the best fine-dining restaurant in Kolberg due to the high quality food and the attentive service. We went there twice...and on both days meat and fish were equally amazing (starter: hering, goat cheese, main: sirloin steak, cod, sander, cheesecake, coffee mousse). Form our point of view it should be a lot higher in the TripAdvisor ranking. Highly recommended.More

I have been in Kolobrzeg for several time and I every time goes offend to Sublima for dinner. The food is very good and always the service is in top I can only recommend Sublima

Amazing food and impeccable service! I was impressed with the high attention to each detail, it was a great culinary experience. I recommend to try the local wine wine Solaris, a very pleasant surprise! In my opinion the best restaurant in Kolobrzeg.

You can feel that the restaurant is new and has ambitions. The interior is modern and ok. The service is very good and the dishes sound very interesting. The food needs some improvement. We tried mules, cod and lamb. First was bad, chewy and fish...taste. Second was interesting but too dry. Last, the lamb was perfect and worth recommending. All in all, I think that the chefs need some experience and it might be an excellent restaurant. Definitely, one that stands out in Kolobrzeg.More

On the last evening of our winter holiday, I took my wife for a romantic evening meal to this newly opened Sublima restaurant at the Skanpol Hotel. It was a fantastic surprise! 5 Star restaurant in a 3 Star Hotel.The service was first class.The waiters...are young well trained and know their food and wine. The food is very well prepared, super presentation, good wine list, good coffee. The only suggestion that I would like to make to the Chef is that they expand the range of desserts- although the cheesecake was very good. Congratulations to the Danish owners who invested in Poland !More

Best restaurant in Kołobrzeg. The review could just end here because it really is, but I will add a few more things :) Service was top level, menu is in Polish/English/German. The waiters were very friendly and dishes were aldeãos delivered at the same time,...even by two waiters. Really makes you feel special. Food was on par, steak was cooked perfectly and my wife’s beef dish was also amazing. Presentation was on par with service. Deserts were to die for and I shamelessly scraped my plate. If I ever visit Kołobrzeg again I will go here. As a bonus if you are staying in the New Skanpol hotel you get 10% discount on your bill. I paid 220PLN for 1 T-Bone steak, one beef dish, 2 desserts, one wine glass and two coke zeros. Ahh, they also provide bread with a creamy butter (free) at the start of the meal.More
