Very good place to eat fish and few things more. Food is really good although I would add some spicy spices to salads and fish. Try cod fish with barley, salad with goat cheese and marinated halibut. DO not forget about Pszeniczniak beer

A very good restaurant by the riverside. During summertime, obviously sitting outside is to prefer. The service is quick but still with high quality. We were a large private party utilizing the inner room which provided intimacy but still felt part of the restaurant. The food was really good, as always in Gdansk, with a really good presentation. It is... More

We came here for dinner in late September. The service started with a complimentary amuse bouche of fish paste with horseradish served in a ceramic spoon. For appetizers we had pieces of marinated halibut on herb olive with cucumber mousse and horseradish paste. Main courses: Baked wild perch served with a spring salad and fried Baltic salmon on red lentils... More

Sometimes people enjoy their fish prepared, not just sliced, and served raw. I am a fan of both, and did try both forms in Gdansk. We had a table for four, and tried various starters and main courses. The mixed plate starter was really good, and is a recommondation. They also have a nice wine selection with some very fine... It's a very nice looking restaurant on the canal that specializes in fish. Seating is comfortable and not too squishy in an elegant interior (but not stuffy at all). Service was attentive, but unfortunately the food was a bit of a let-down. The fish was just...well, fish. It seemed slightly undercooked and lacked all flavor. Disappointing after all the strong... Had dinner here with friends on 30 September. Food was great - best Turbot I've ever tasted and the dessert in multiple pyramid of bowls was amazing. Booking essential on Friday and Saturday and possibly every night in peak season.

I was attracted by the big blackboard outside with charming chalk drawings of fish as I walked along the river promenade, with its panoramic views of historic Gdańsk/Danzig – and took a chance and was most pleasantly suprised by the quality of the food. It was a rainy night, so rather than sit outdoors, which would have been lovely in... More

Occupying a fine location on the banks of the river with super views, this smart restaurant offers a wide choice of well-cooked food. I chose the soup - asparagus and then the halibut which was a little on the small side, but was nicely presented with peas and mashed potato. 2 glasses of decent red wine and sparking water. Thanks... More

Got taken here by a local. Right on the water. Menu small but very good food and service. Good desserts too.

Gdansk can be a bit intimidating and very touristy - at least it was in August when we were there. This place is OK - in fact the food was very well presented and we didnt feel in a tourist trap. Service was slow but that is not unique here. We enjoyed our meal and would return - hopefully service... More
