On Sunday the cod was as great as possible in one big pice; yesterday it was two small pieces like in cheap restaurant completely covered with tasteless gravy. Interesting selection of wines. Bad I didn’t take picture on Sunday it was pice of art.More

We visit this place during the Euro 2020 to watch the game with our friends. The first impression was that the prices do not correspond to the place - a regular pub, with craft beer, ok, but the prices of the high-end cuisine. We ordered...beers, cocktails, tatar, lard starter, ribs and onion rings (there will be a separate story about them). It is worth noticing that in the menu there was no information about the weights of the meal you’ll receive. The tatars were ok, not the small ones, but pretty pricey. As for the ribs, they were 100% overpriced (62 zl for the portion per one person, really?), rather boiled than grilled, garnished mashed potato was rather plain. Though the cherry on the cake happened to be the onion rings. While seeing the 20zl price in the menu and knowing that onion is one of the cheapest products, it was logical to assume, that there will be a lot of them. Though when we were served 6 thin circles on onion, that was a time for a discussion. This is when we felt fooled by the restaurant - as if they are checking, if you are stupid enough to pay money for almost nothing. As for the drinks, the beer was ok, but nothing special. Cocktails were good. We definitely won’t come back again and I feel deeply disturbed that for my order of 2 small non-alcohol beers and average tatar I had to pay 70zl. Guys, pay attention to the quality and quantity of your food, pathos is not everything.More

Been here a couple of times before but this time will probably be the last. I took the cod which were ok..not warm though. The rest of the family took the duck and it was very dry. The beer is good but the waitress need...to work on her service skills. A smile make wonders for guests. There is so many new and better restaurants in Gdansk so would recommend only to come here to have a beer.More

Indoors seating: mega hot. Outdoors: bazillion smokers. The food and beer was good, but nothing extra - and it was pretty expensive. The worst was the waiting for the waiters - when we wanted to order the drinks, then food, then to get a bill,...then to finally pay.More

I had a business dinner here and I found the menu a little limited. We had shared starters which honestly have not been anything special. As main dish I ate ravioli, which I have to admit, have been very good. Overall it didn’t impress meMore

I stopped in for just a quick Lager and it was very good. The restaurant is a great setup and the staff were very responsive. The bartender served us quickly. The lager was a really quality beer so I recommend this stop from that perspective.

We ate BBQ ribs and Beer & Honey pork hock. It can really be recommended. Both dishes were well prepared by people who know their business. The service was done by Magda's and it was a pleasant experience. When we asked her what beer we...should drink for what we had ordered, she made good suggestions. You also have the opportunity to order tastings, which should be tried.More

Large restaurant with annex brewery. The tasty beers served are from the inhouse brewery. I had their lager which was much better than any industrial brew from the maintream you normally get served. Food was tradiotional Polish with a little modern touch but mostly classical....Seasonal specialties were about ten dished with chantarelles. I had the cod which is always a good choice when you are on the Baltic coast. All in all in very good choice unless you are looking for cullinary adventure. Also very suited for large groups.More

I had anticipated that as a brewery there would be a greater selection of beers. But no matter the beer on offer was extremely good and tasty. It was full on a tuesday night and very buzzy. Our food took its time to arrive so...to while away the time we watched the TV loop of the famous who had been to the restaurant (or possibly the hotel, of which the beer hall is a part) ...it is #footballcentral with Buffon, Neymar and Pogba having put in an appearance; and also Princess Michael of Kent and the Angolan Minister for Fisheries. The soup when it came was luke warm, as though it had been waiting awhile, but both the tomato and chanterelle soups had a terrific taste. Still good value but one of the more expensive meals we have had in Gdańsk.More
