Fantastic place! It is not only food, drinks that where top of the top, but people you can meet there! We were there on Friday and Saturday evening with live music and great cuisine! Hope to come back soon!
Had dinner with the family at the Canis restaurant; we went there for the first time and weren´t disappointed. The dishes are made to the highest standards, both regarding presentation and taste. We had vegetarian or vegan dishes which were all great - the only...thing left to be desired would be a larger choice of such dishes - currently, there are just two vegan main dishes on the menu. Hopefully, with increasing demand, this will change, too. In any case, I would highly recommend the Canis restaurant. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, too.More
The restaurant has a lot of history and the fact that the waiters are well knowledgeable about the restaurant and even gave out images of the history of the location makes the visit more than a mere dinner but an insightful experience as described in...the headline. Food was really good. I took the deer along with a glass of red wine. There was also live music with great pick of songs although his voice could have been better in some moments. Sadly, the experience was downgraded at the last moments when the chef decided to close down the kitchen before due time. A few minutes after serving the main course, the waiter asked me whether I would like dessert as the Chef wanted to close the kitchen. Due to this I said no thanks, resulting in clients seeing him shirtless in the kitchen, while clients are still eating the main course. Irrelevant if there are 4 guests inside or 100 guests, professionalism should all throughout the customer journey.More

Service was superb. The cocktails were one of the best I've had in my life. You gotta try the Polish Espresso/Espresso Martini!
The Interior is beautiful and everything else is also on par with the descriped things.
Really nice, stylish spot in the hearth of the city in a beautiful tenement house. Actually It seems that the name is connected with the historical aspect of the street (dogs) . My top 1# at the moment in Gdańsk.
High quality of food and...the great visual composition of served meal. The prices are adequate to the overall excellency level.
Additional thing that might make your evening is live music.
Great thanks also to Jacob who was our waiter.
We will definitely come back here again ( especially since we live nearby).
Congratz to all staff members for making this place so good.More
