Not big but very nice restaurant located in shopping centre Metropolia. As a big fun of pizza I compared many places in Gdańsk and this one takes a leading position on my list now. Very good pizza and my wife had a delicious salad with shrimps. Staff do speak English and are efficient and attentive. And they serve above average wines. We had a bottle Primitivo di Puglia and this turned out to be an excellent choice (and for...an acceptable price of 55).More

Stumbled upon it by chance once, have been coming back each time I'm in Gdańsk ever since. Everything I tried - pizza, salads, pasta was delicious. Antipasti plate is a fantastic starter when coming as a group (or quite a hungry couple. For a single...person it may constitute a full, generous meal). It may get so busy that you will need to wait to get a table, but it goes rather quickly and it's worth it.More
Very busy at lunch time on a Saturday. Unsure as to whether they have English menus as we were not provided with one (staff did speak English), so our meal choices where at our best guess. The pizza was cooked beautifully and the pasta was...full of subtle flavours. Would highly recommended as a lunch time stop off on your travels around Gdańsk.More

A nice restaurant in the Metropolia shopping centre and next to the Focus Premium hotel. The restaurant is very cosy and we liked the interior very much. Personnel is friendly - and busy as it seems to be almost full all the time. Very good...pizzas and salads.More

After wandering around a very deserted shopping centre we still had an hour to kill before the airport taxi arrived so we popped into Maka i Kawa for refreshment. I wasn't keen as I have never had a good dining experience around shopping mall. I...ordered Caesar salad then instantly regretted it thinking it wouldn't be very substantial. How wrong could I be. It was delicious and filled with lovely grilled chicken strips. My friends each had pannini and declared them equally fantastic. They were nothing like the panini served in the UK....thank goodness.
